Very happy with this Hexclad Grill pan. non-stick. heats up fast. I use it to grill vegetables. a big improvement over my homemade foil pans or heating directly on the grill.A great addition to my Hexclad pan collection.

it didnt burn it didnt flinchTHIS was next place on coals directly with a steak to be searedworks fine survive that tooAnd some food does stick to pan but when compared to alternatives, this is better if. for example chicken thighs skin down does release with small sticking due to sugars in marinade.

I researched different items for grilling vegetables or other smaller foods. Most had the same issues, too thin, rusted easily, etc.Since I already own a Hexclad set, I gave this a try. It has been phenomenal. If you use a grill, you should consider this.

Worked perfectly
I’ve been thinking about this product for a while. We grow a lot of veggies and find that they don’t always stay on the skewers. The construction of this to be quite solid and it will clearly last for years. It is also quite light and easy to use. Also easy to clean. It will allow us to grill much more with less mess. And it’s much easier than putting all of the veggies on skewers.
