I decided to purchase these for one, I don’t eat enough fruits and vegetables and for another I have been feeling sluggish lately. Since I’ve been taking them, I’ve seen a change in my energy level. They have also really improved my gut health. I won’t go into details, but I can tell a big difference when I use the restroom.I’ve only been taking them for a month now, but I can say that they seem to really be working. I can’t wait to see how I feel in another month or two of taking these.

Been taking these for a few months now and so far so good. I’ve been buying supplements from this company for about 5 years now and the few that I’ve tried have been great, but this one makes the most sense and pretty much noticed a difference right away. Notice way more energy throughout the day and my skin looks more vibrant. i consider myself physically fit and very active and noticed a huge difference when it comes to recovery. Taking this in the morning with lots of water is the equivalent of eating a huge bowl of fruits and vegetables in the morning, I also always try to eat something with them. I went on vacation and my gut was feeling horrible from eating airport food all day and I actually stopped taking these on accident at the time for about a week. I took 4 of these when I got to the hotel and in a couple of hours, the pain and bloating vanished so I know these are the real deal and will try to always stay consistent with them from now on. I also noticed that I dream more vividly and have better hand eye coordination as well. Can’t go wrong with fruits and vegetables, because you know you’re getting all of your vitamins/nutrients from natural sources. 5 stars for me.

I have been taking these for around two years, and in the last six months, I have noticed a difference in my eyesight. I have gone from wearing glasses with three times the magnification to wearing them all the time to clear my sight. Now, I only use two magnifications to read tiny print. Good nutrition does fantastic things for your body.

One reason I bought these was because several of the reviews I read before buying said they were very easy to swallow. That is not the case for me. Since that didn't work I decided to open the capsules and mix the powder in juice or some other liquid. I found that I couldn't just twist them open like I have done with other capsules. I couldn't do that either. I ended up having to cut them open with scissors. After all that I decided it was too much trouble and I quit trying to use them.
