When my Portable ECG Monitor arrived this week, I was concerned that setup would be difficult because I’ve had problems with pairing. To my surprise, it was a breeze with no issues at all. It was so easy.This comes with the BEST Instruction Manual that I have ever seen. It has beautiful color pictures and well written text. The print is large enough to easily read.The monitor itself looks well made and sturdy. The color pictures show you exactly how to hold the monitor in four different ways. This is all very helpful.My reason for purchasing this EMAY monitor is to let me know when my heart rate is high because I have Afib. I like the fact that I can send or printout a report to show my Cardiologist.This EMAY monitor won’t disappoint you, especially the cost.As you can tell, I am extremely happy with this product.

This unit only costs about $78 and it will show cardiac arrhythmias. There is no subscription needed, I believe it works with most phones where kardia does not. It's very easy to send the results to your cardiologist. You can see the results on the screen however that's very small or it links easily to your phone. All the cardiac units suffer from motion so being still is a necessity. Dampening your fingers will get rid of a lot of the artifacts. It clearly showed my wife's arrhythmias. The message is somewhat ambiguous in that it just says possible arrhythmias. And you will have to learn to read an ECG. This is not difficult you can go on Google and find out what different rhythm is look like. For example my wife has AFib and missing the p wave and the heart rate are good indicators. It took me about 5 minutes to know what to look for. You can use it for multiple users which is a real Plus. It is small and easy to carry around and it can be a lifesaver. My wife is also missing a few heartbeats now and then and that's clearly showing too. I just sent her ECG to her cardiologist. A great buy at 78 bucks.

I really like this ECG monitor. It can be used without a phone app or it can also be used to pair with a smart phone by installing the free app. You can the upload your ECG tracings and store them. This way you can share with your doctor if needed. I have used a different type of monitor before that you had to use with a phone app and you watch the tracings on your phone. I prefer the EMAY monitor due to the fact that it can be used without a phone or computer. It is also less expensive than the other monitor that I used in the past but it works just as well.

This app works perfectly. I cannot speak to accuracy since I don't have another device to compare it to and the nature of the heart condition being so inconsistent. If I am using it correctly, the graph is shown on the phone app but not the meter. There are several ways to hold the meter to obtain the reading. The screen is clear to read.This is charged with a usb cord supplied. It is very short.Storage for readings is good and easy to edit.There is a short learning curve to understand the medical conditions listed on the results. (these are shown in the manual)I like the reassurance of having this meter but it can be obsessive if you allow it to be so I would suggest to stick to a schedule suitable for you. (i.e. 1 x per day?) Good product.

I have started having irregular heart beats and went to my cardiologist to discuss the issue. He highly recommended that I get a EMAY Portable ECG Monitor so that I could capture the results whenever I experienced an irregular heart beat. He stated this would give him accurate readings so that he could make a better determination of what was occuring and improve my data points for corrective action. This has been one of the best purchases I have made. Recently I sent the data during an episode of the irregular heart beat and it was recommended to get checked at the Emergency Room. It turned out that I didn't have any serious heart episode, but I still had peace of mind that helped sway the decision of whether to go to the ER or not. The doctor indicated that due to the data it helped identify the specific issues that needed to be explored further for treatment. If my doctor recommended it I have full confidence that this product is dependable and can provide helpful data for use by cardiologists. The product is easy to use and easy to capture data and send it where it needs to go. This ECG monitor is a great product and I can say it helps me help my doctor. It is definitely worth 5 stars.

I ordered the EMAY portable ECG monitor because I have a history of arrhythmia problems. It first started with SVTs over 20 years ago, and then became Afib issues up to the present. I am scheduled to have an ablation next month and wanted to be able to record any episodes and share with my doctors.The monitor came well packaged and simple to unpack. I read through the instruction booklet which is very well organized and easy to understand. I tried a practice run to see if everything was working, and was very pleased.The monitor is sturdy and very easy to use. I like that you can use 4 different locations on your body to record. I will most likely use both fingers for the hand-held position.It was simple to get the EMAY app and synchronize with my phone. You can also download what you need to your computer, but I will be using my phone. Next, I tried to generate a report showing the actual read out of the ECG that a doctor would assess. Getting the report and sharing was also wonderfully smooth and simple. I am not the most tech savvy person, and I welcome "user-friendly" tech products!The bottom line is that I am extremely happy with my purchase and feel very confident and reassured that I can record and share any future episodes of my arrhythmia with my doctors. I highly recommend the EMAY Portable ECG monitor. It is a very reasonable price and well worth the comfort and reassurance you get by having this device.Oh, as a side note. You can add other people to the database. I have added my husband who also has occasional arrhythmia concerns.

Compact, Easy to use and several Arrythmia Type Readings
I needed a reliable Arrhythmia Device that was Accurate-The Emay EMG-20 has several good reviews and rated as the best of its type compared to other similar devices on several different websites-so I chose this device-it is very easy to use-has several types of heart measurements which is amazing-records on the device itself and I upload my recordings to my iMac and iPad easily-the instruction manual is very detailed and easy to understand-I also like being able to use the device different ways-the sensors in my experience have worked very well-I have had no difficulty picking up Heart signals at all-also this device has support if you need it.

I've recently had Bigeminy happening to my heart and rather than try to feel when its happening, this wonderful little device shows me and confirms them. It also records the findings and creates a graph so I can show my heart specialist, which is excellent! Very grateful to the inventors of this little device..(which fits nicely into my hard reading glass case, so that's a bonus). The fact i can use it anywhere, at anytime is extremely convenient and it's very easy to use. Easy step by step User Manual too! 👌
