This little lip liner definitely has that heat effect as promised and made my lips feel and appear more plump. However the color effect just isn't there I have to apply more then one coat, if I want to see the liner over my lipstick or gloss if choice. I've had other liners genetic brand more pigmented than this

This lip plumping liner by too faced is my favorite. Hot and spicy is my favorite color. Lasts all day. And you can feel the lip plumping working!!! Highly recommend!!!!

I absolutely love Too Faced for any of my lip pumping products. I just found this one as I didn’t know they had a lip liner. I am in love and wishing I would’ve found it sooner. It works and it’s a great color that goes on velvet smooth. Definitely must have if you like your lips plumpy.

I did not like the color. It was too light and washed out for my liking and I did not like the applicator that pushes the product up by clicking the bottom. Also, the plumper ingredients burn my lips. Will not buy again.
