I love the frame and how you can use it in portrait or landscape mode. I did not find it easy to send invites to my family members to send me photos. You have to send a code for them to use which changes daily. However, once they input the code, they don’t have to do it again every time they send pictures. Overall, I am pleased with the frame and think it was a great buy for the money.

I’ve have another brand of digital picture frame and it is a real pain to upload pictures and sometimes a total waste of my time.This digital frame was easily set up following the step by step instructions. Then it came time to upload pictures. But first, I followed the instructions and installed the frames application. I was concerned about using it because the app has a low rating. However, after installing the app I was able to follow the directions and easily uploaded pictures. The only thing I might do differently is get a larger frame next time.

Stay away from this!!!! Out of the when plugged in, I got the blue screen of death with Chinese writing. When I managed to get past that, the software asks for a connection code code, which did not appear when I followed the instructions and was no where with the product.. There is no support whatsoever for the device. The help on the device is nothing. All inquiries on the device start with the absent connection code. Same story for the iPhone app.
