I REALLY like this feeder! It is the first auto feeder I have purchased. We live in the country and found a momma cat and 4 kittens on our front porch recently. She was pretty frail, so we started putting food out for her and the kittens and it was well received.We were going to be traveling for a week, so I went looking for a feeder. I consciously had raccoons on the brain when I was shopping. I was looking for one with a shape that I could have a shot at somehow securing. This one has a nice flat top and I envisioned being able to place something heavy'ish on it. I was right. I imagined that I would have a decent chance of beating the raccoons. I was wrong.The first night, I placed a small weight on it to test the waters. Came out the next morning and found the feeder about 3 feet from where I had placed it. It was on its side and in several pieces (not broke, just disassembled... much of the product is held together by gravity).The next night, I placed a 16x8x2 inch concrete patio paver on top of it. It weighed in at just over 16.5 pounds. The feeder certainly wasn't designed with this in mind, but it held up like a champ. The feeder was up against a wall, so the front and two sides were exposed.My greatest regret was that I placed all of this directly under my security camera, out of its line of sight. I came out the next morning and again found it laid over and in pieces with the patio stone on the ground where the feeder previously was. The security footage showed a raccoon come up and was evidently there for 15-20 mins then left. A little later it came back with a friend to finish the job.We were leaving that day so I hung my head in defeat and let the neighbor take care of the cats. I'm certain that I can up with a better challenge for the raccoons, but I haven't tried yet.To this feeder's credit though, it took a beating those two nights and survived with only a few scuffs on the face where they were evidently dragging it across the porch. Still works perfectly. Also to the feeder's credit, it has a VERY flexible feeding schedule which was easy to set up. My original plan was to feed 3 or 4 times during the day and try to limit what food was left in the bowls overnight to maybe limit what was attracted to it. That attraction portion of that sentence was just dumb thinking on my part. The scheduling part worked perfect though.As I was putting it together the first time (super easy) I actually caught myself thinking "oh, that's a smart way to design that..." I don't do that often. It really is a neat design overall. I can vouch that comes apart and cleans very easy if you find it covered in racoon drool.I was able to plug it in, but it has a nice battery backup for peace of mind.In came into this purchase knowing that I was going to be asking something of it that in no way it was advertised to do. It met every expectation, was easy to use, holds a ton of food, is easy to clean and is very robust. 5 stars from me.

Big picture: It's a good product, I'd buy it again. Granted, we're only a few weeks into use, but I haven't found a negative yet with the hardware. The app it is so-so, but I don't think it's their app so no foul. For context, we have two young cats and use Wholehearted for their dry food. The food is small diameter so no issues with dispensing that larger nuggets in some brands.The good: Nice form/function. The bowls are removable/washable. It has a desiccant in the lid (replaceable packet) to keep the food fresh (which is nice). It allows you to record a voice message as it dispenses (e.g. here, kitty kitty!) to interest the cat--not really needed as at the 'tink tink tink' of the food hitting bowl is a solid dinner bell that has them running. Controls are straightforward, but I use the app. The app allows for all the timed dispensing programing, by day, hour, and portion. It's good enough for the job. Construction is lightweight, so it won't withstand a cat at full "hungry" speed barreling into it iif you've got that kind of cat.The bad: I do wish the bowls stuck out just a little more so they had more head clearance, but it hasn't stopped them at all. The lid is clipped in, but it's not sealed with a gasket in any way--refer back to that handy desiccant pack--so it's still exposed to air. I only fill it halfway to keep the food fresher. That's really it.

Skeptical if my cats would eat from it at first but after 1/2 hour no problem! We have 3 indoor cats who have a 1x a day cat sitter when we are vacationing. I needed some way to give them a little extra during the day without eating it all at once. This feeder was perfect! Easy set up, adjustable times and amount to feed, can even record a message! Sturdy and easy to clean. Highly recommend.

I personally really like this feeder. It holds a bunch of kibble which lasts me about 1-2 weeks, depending. I haven't had any noticeable issues with dispensing so far, but my kibble is well below the max suggested size.The user interface is very easy to figure out and use. Very clean design, simple to use or make changes to feeding schedule or portion sizes. The audio recording option also comes through loud and clear. I also really enjoy that it's battery operated and has a power cord for the wall.Cleaning seems very easy, and I enjoy that there are metal inserts to the food bowls that come out.As much as I like the feeder, my cats don't like it too much. I think the way it dispenses food is a little louder than my old feeder and it spooks them. They also don't really like eating out of the food bowls like they did my previous feeder. Perhaps they don't like how the bowls are so close to the feeder and it feels like they're too close to a wall or something. My one cat refuses to eat from the feeder at all and I have to remove the metal insert to feed him a few feet away from the feeder. Which kinda defeats the purpose. He's always been a finicky cat though so it's lar for the course. All in all I really like this feeder and would suggest it to others, but only if your cats are open to new ideas... My cats just don't like it unfortunately

El mejor comedero para múltiples mascotas!Compré antes otros de otras marcas y a veces dispensaba más de un lado que del otro.Otros permitían que mis gatos metieran las manitas y sacaran comida extra.Este dispensa la misma cantidad a todos, no permite que gatos aprendan como sacar más.El comedero tiene manera de bloquearse y desbloquearse. No tan fácilmente pueden los gatos presionar botones y que salga comida, sino que hay que desbloquear, girar y seleccionar que salga alimento.Compré dos y tengo 1 año con ellos. Hasta ahora 10/10!Utilizo mis comederos con 4 baterías AA y duran muy bien, sólo hay que checar que no sean baterías con poca capacidad. Cuando usa baterías por lo general está en un ahorro de energía, así que para configurar recomiendo conectar a la luz y después, ya para el día a día, usar baterías recargables. Yo hago eso porque mis gatos no pueden ver un cable sin morderlo!Además recomiendo mucho la versión con app!Se los juro que si están entre este alimentador y otros... seguramente este vaya a ser el mejor! No he probado todos los demás pero sí puedo decir que es el mejor de los tres diferentes que probé! Se nota que es un producto bien pensado.Un color blanco o un color donde el plástico sea más oscuro y se disimulen más las croquetas (pero que aun se vea) sería una opción muy bonita!
Amazing Product
This feeder was so incredibly easy to set up, came very compact and neat. Didn’t even need the instructions it was that easy. My cats love this feeder and makes feeding them so much easier would definitely buy again and recommend to anyone looking.

Its easy to install. Packing is nice with complete instructions. I used it for almost a week now and it did not clogged. My cats loved it.
