Smoking Flora Jane’s Herb Blends may assist you in quitting tobacco. Additional grinding may be done to achieve desired consistency. Our blends have been significantly de-stemmed for ease of use. Brew as herbal tea, also known as Tisane. Our blends are naturally decaffeinated and delicious either hot or cold. Steep1-2 teaspoons in very hot water for 5-10 minutes using a tea strainer/filter or empty tea filter bag. Infuse our Herbal Blends in a hot bath for a soothing and therapeutic experience. Add herbs to a cotton muslin drawstring bag and submerge under hot bath water. You may also add a brewed infusion directly to bath water or add dry herbs directly. Burn our Herbal Blends as smudge to release the aromatic properties of the herbs or create a sacred atmosphere.

It was alright. The taste was bitter but if you like any raw tea then bitterness isn’t a problem . it was harsh trying to smoke it, but I’m using it as an incense right now since one of my friends got a very upset stomach with it. I’m scared to try it as a tea again. It smells beautiful, but I’m not sure it gave me any relaxation, I felt the same😕
