I love not having to buy milk every week! This tastes good. We just add it to our hot chocolate mix of oatmeal. I also mix it up into a pitcher for cereal. I even used it with some vinegar for substitute buttermilk for biscuits. There is no mixing instructions but I do 1/2 cup of milk powder, 1 cup hot water, and 3 cups cold water.

I had a bit of a problem with how much to use per cup, I contacted the seller and got clear instructions quickly. I use about 1/4 cup to 1cup of water, I find that it mixes very well, the same as other powdered milk I have tried. The taste is pretty much the same, I don't drink a lot of milk so only use it occasionally for baking and cereal a few times a month. I read other reviews that said it did not mix well, I did not have that issue, but I have found with similar products that using room temperature water and not making more than like 2 cups at a time is easier. I just wish the tub was easier to open, I broke a few nails trying to gt it open.

I manage an apartment complex that has a coffee machine that uses milk powder. We ran low and I purchased this powder as a replacement... What a mistake. This powder was so fine that it fell through the machine and began solidifying into an almost rubber material. It took us hours to clean it.This is likely a wonderful powder for your recipes, but do not put it in a coffee machine's milk powder compartment.

Product showed up with the lid half on.. Powdered milk all over the inside of the shipping box..Shortly after posting this review, I received an email from Earthborne elements, apologizing for the condition of the product.. They also informed me that it was the weekend, letting me know that my problem would be handled 1st thing Monday morning.. They were on the ball,, had no hesitation for a refund, and I have a brand new tub sitting at the house unopened.. earthborn elements customer service is by far top-notch. I highly suggest this product to anyone…
