5.0 out of 5 stars It's good
I was pretty skeptical to buy this but this is good, sweet and nice fluffy texture, very light. No weird aftertaste, I don't think I would be able to tell this compared to regular marshmallow fluff.
5.0 out of 5 stars A little pricey but worth it.
Where I'm from a 10 oz. bag of marshmallows cost a little over a dollar. These bad boys cost $9! Even being the cheapskate that I am, I decided to buy these because I didn't want to go through the hassle of making my own sugar free marshmallows. I wasn't disappointed. They don't taste exactly like regular marshmallows but they are good in my opinion. They melt just like regular marshmallows and you can use them the way you would use normal marshmallows. The best thing about these marshmallows are that they bake really well. Regular marshmallows dissolve during baking but I was able to add the Choc Zero marshmallows in my cookie recipe and they got nicely toasted and gooey. Really delicious! Also these marshmallows are packed with fiber. Highly recommended for anyone trying to cut back on the sugar and can afford to splurge on a $9 bag of sugar free marshmallows. Will definitely buy again.
5.0 out of 5 stars Deliciousness!!
If you like marshmallows but do not want the sugar, you can enjoy these with the same flavor and texture. These vanilla flavored puffs of deliciousness taste even better. They are big and fluffy, suitable for melting or just snacking.
4.0 out of 5 stars Yes, yes, and maybe
The marshmallows themselves are a bit smaller than your typical store bought. They are a little different in texture, but not to the point of diminishing it's enjoyment. They do burn a bit different than regular marshmallows, as they're more prone to burning if you're not careful. They're a bit chewier too, but again not a complaint just an acknowledgement. The biggest downfall is the price. I know Monk fruit is rather expensive and the process is probably more in depth than conventional mallows, but it's still a bitter pill to swallow. They are a healthy alternative and have a lot of fiber which can be good or bad depending on your health issues. The flavor is just as good as regular mallows, but there's a nuance. I would say reg are sweeter, but in an overpowering way and these are just right to me. If they were closer to $5 I could forgive price, but you're paying almost 8 times more for the same amount. So affordability goes in the tank this round. Are they good yes, are they healthier yes, but are they worth it? Maybe.P. S. Grab a butane torch so you can smore all year round. Not necessarily this one I showcased in pictures, but whichever you vibe with. It can even be used to get the charcoal grill going 😁 🌭 🍔
5.0 out of 5 stars Nice substitute
My grandson loves marshmallows in his cereal but I just don't like giving him all the dyes that come with it. I found these and add them to his cheerios or kix and he loves that just as much. They're a bit sticky, but they taste good.
5.0 out of 5 stars Obsessed
So fresh and crispy with 1cup at 60cal with great ingredients! I had to look up “Fructooligosaccharides” and I am pleasantly surprised at the health benefits of lower blood glucose, increase in good bacteria and mineral absorption, helps improve immunity, and is an anti-carcinogenic! These remind me of my childhood in my favorite cereal. I try to eat lower carb these days and I add 1 cup of these freeze dried marshmallows with 1/4 cup roasted peanuts for a 220cal snack, delicious!!
3.0 out of 5 stars Delicious and satisfying taste!
I really like these marshmallows and have been buying them for some time. I have noticed this year that the recipe must have been tweaked because they don't taste quite as sweet as they did previously. I'm okay with that but they made another change. The marshmallows use to come in 3 silver inner bags inside of a outer type plastic bag which I liked much better than they come now. Again, the change was this year so someone must have decided they needed an overhaul. Now the 3 silver inner bags come in a plastic box which I can't tell you how many times I've cut my hand on. I guess the plastic box is recyclable. (I've put it in recycling and haven't heard anything to say I shouldn't but it's unnecessary.) Maybe they think the plastic box protects the marshmallows from getting smooshed but it's not anymore protective than the plastic bag. It's all about whoever is packing them to send out and how much they care about the product. I'll finish by saying they are really good but they are pricey!Guess I'm not finished! When I clicked to write a review for the mini marshmallows, Bolo redirected me to edit this review! Go Bolo! It's not the same product!I have been buying the mini marshmallows since at least last year and the same changes I noticed with the regular marshmallows holds true for me with the minis. The other thing about the minis is they are a light tan color now. I don't know if that can be seen in the photos but they are no longer white. The minis also come stuck together now for the last 4 orders at least. (I have them on subscribe and save. I kept ordering them because I thought it was a fluke but at this point I'm going to stop ordering them. The whole bag is stuck together like 1 huge marshmallow so I can't just have a few of them in my hot chocolate. The first photo is holding them up toward the ceiling. The second photo is holding them sideways, and the third photo is trying to pull them apart. They just pull and pull tearing in clumps. Like I said this has been happening so it's not just a one time batch thing. The minis are a little more expensive per ounce than the regular size ones. Not sure why. Again...they are delicious.
