    Not only are these mats perfect for baking, but they also are great when freezing individual foods whether it be sliced fruit, vegetables, chicken, pork, beef - I line a baking pan with the mat, prepare the pieces on the mat then freeze. So easy to remove the food and then place into freezer bags for easy storage in the freezer. Perfect for bulk purchases. the mats wash up nicely and store perfectly rolled up in a drawer.

    It works great! Nothing sticks to it, it's easy to clean, and easy to store. The size fit perfect for my trays. The only down side is that it smells like silicon (duh!). But the smell will go away after 2 or 3 washes. Buy it without second thought! Highly recommended!!! 👍

    I will say when my husband purchased these for me for the 1st time I was very skeptical, I am a parchment paper woman all day every day. But let me tell you when I started using these, Ma'am I never looked back. I have used my first set into the ground, and I will say that was a good solid year and I do a lot of baking. And I am now on my second set and have purchased different sizes for when I am baking cookies and different colors for when I am baking meat. I am very into this silicone clean up, no hassle, movement LOVE LOVE IT

    I have already used these sheets. First I used them in the freezer-I put chicken on them, put them in the freezer for a few hours, then bagged the chicken to store in freezer. This helps the chicken to not stick to each other and I can pull out a piece or two at a time. They work great in the oven as well. I baked granola on them. The are thick and so easy to clean. I would highly recommend these to anyone.
