From the perspective of someone on a low carb diet (same applies to keto or carnivore):Pros:* Tastes great* 30g of protein per serving* Keeps you full longer than the more processed 100% whey isolate protein powders—takes longer to digest* Inexpensive* Blends well* Free bonus 6g of BCAAs and vitamins—awesome* Great source of dietary cholesterol—it's actually good for you and aids satiety!* Great source of delicious and healthy saturated fat to keep you full.Cons:* Still has 7g of carbs, 3g of which are sugar. This is still within my budget but I would prefer 0g carbs/sugar. This is just a personal thing and doesn't detract from the overall quality and value of the product.

At 3.9lbs, it's a great value for the price. I’m very pleased with this protein powder and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an effective and tasty supplement!

This protein powder blends extremely well in my shakes. You can’t beat 4 pounds for this price. Vanilla is not preferred but luckily it’s not as bitter or tasteless as other companies. The chocolate flavor is rich and so yummy. I totally suggest it for the benefits, money saving ability and the taste!

I can not believe the ridiculous prices major brands are charging for over 1 pound of protein. If you really use the product people Re spending over $100 a week on protein. This is the best price for the amount of protein.

One of the best on market. Have been using for years. Nice source of protein. Like variety to choose from. Easy to blend, use a small blender. Also blend with milk for a smoother (nice mouth feel). Purchase the larger size for cost effective.
