5.0 out of 5 stars Love The Color
I’ll start by saying that my printer prints well on these thermal labels. Print is crisp. They adhesive is on par, and I’ve had no issues with the corners pealing up. My main complaint is that they are not perforated. I mean, it’s not a huge deal but it’s just aggravating to deal with the paper, especially if I don’t have scissors to cut it off. I know it’s weird, but I hate the jagged uneven edges when I have to tear it off, I much prefer the nice straight line of the perforated edge. Again, that’s more of a me issue than the labels, it’s not like I’m doing anything with the backing paper, I just don’t like the look and hassle. Honestly, the main reason that I purchased these labels is the color. I like that they aren’t plain white, and they aren’t super bright. The color compliments the color of my kitchen making them perfect for labeling items there. The only reason I made these 4 stars instead of 5, you guessed it, is because of the perforation. Otherwise, I love these labels.
4.0 out of 5 stars Just ok so far; feed issues with my MUNBYN printer
These labels are just okay. When they print, the quality is very nice and the adhesion of the label is good. I have, however, been having some real issues with them not feeding properly/jamming in my MUNBYN thermal printer (I am using model# ITPP130). It seems that only around 1 in every 4 labels prints well when sent individually. The others slip and cause the print to be squished or misaligned on the label. When sent in larger batches, the labels print just fine. I am not sure whether to chalk this up to a label or printer issue, thus the 4-star review. Since the labels are explicitly advertised to work with MUNBYN printers, I am a little disappointed in the results. I would say that your mileage may vary depending on the type of printer you are using.
2.0 out of 5 stars Not as pictured
The labels have holes in between each labels. It's not standard like the image shown. The label itself is adhesive and good quality, but it doesn't work with my thermal printer on its default settings.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great for Mylar Bags
I use these almost exclusively for labeling mylar bags, and they work great! I use an Avery template to create the individual labels and then print each one as needed. They print nicely on my Polono printer (it recognized them right away) and rip apart easily and cleanly. The print is crisp and clear and does not smudge. The adhesion is great - they stick to plastic bags and containers (even in the freezer!) and mylar bags - without peeling off or curling. The green color is also a great visual identifier for certain types of items stored in the bags (I use green labels for containers of vegetables).Overall, these are great labels with crisp, clean print and great adhesion.
3.0 out of 5 stars Just okay...
The labels are good quality labels with good adhesion. I was disappointed that there are holes in the roll. They must be designed for a specific printer to feed the roll in printer with the holes. I am not sure. There are no perforations between labels for tearing them apart. So you have to just remove the label from the backing or cut in between the labels. The product picture on Bolo does not show the holes, but you can see them in the picture I posted. If you just want labels to write on and use, these are fine. The green color is light and the labels have a slight sheen to them. I found them too hard to use in my small thermal printer. I can usually make a small roll from a large roll and it works in my printer, but these did not.
5.0 out of 5 stars Love these
I love these! The shade of green is so pretty and vibrant for spring and summer. It would also make a cute Christmas color as well! They worked great on my munbyn printer and I love that you get a good amount of stickers for the pricepoint.
4.0 out of 5 stars Works reliably with my printer
I use these labels on a Phomemo 241BT printer and they seem to feed and track well. The labels have both tracking marks and gaps so I would think that they should work on a variety of different printers. These labels peel off the carrier easily and have good adhesion on cardboard boxes. The carrier paper on these is not perforated though, so tearing off labels can be a hassle at times. The printing on the green color wasn't quite as sharp as I'd like, but the bar codes that I print on them are still usable and that's what matter to me the most. Overall, these are a good value considering how many you get, and I'm pretty happy with them.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great green labels
I ordered these labels because I needed something other than plain white for labeling classroom items. I used the labels for writing student names in sharpie on textbooks and paperbacks they are borrowing for the semester. The marker did not wipe off, and they adhered sturdily to both glossy and matte book covers. The color is in between grass green and seafoam green, and it is eye-catching without being garish.
