My husband gave me this knife for Mother’s Day. We have the Hexclad pans, so are very familiar with their quality of products. First, the knife is absolutely beautiful! I opened the box like a 10 yr old at Christmas. The packaging on its own is pure class and style. The knife is lightweight, balanced in hand and easy to use. It cut thru my homemade sourdough boule with ease. I didn’t need to use pressure or hack up my bread as I have with other knives. It is worth every penny spent. If you are considering this knife, I highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed.
