This is quite good stuff if you have puffy eyes it doesn't take it away all together but it does make a improvement

These are nice and cooling , I sometimes just put them on my under eyes when I’m feeling tired for a refresh. My eyes have gotten slightly brighter in the last few months , but I don’t really care about the appearance of them, I care about how the skin feels softer and nicer
