These Kind bars in caramel apple cinnamon and dark chocolate pumpkin are delicious. Thin snack bars are 100 calories and a great way to get your sweet fix. Nutty and fresh with a drizzle and coating on the backside. Box of 10. I liked the caramel ones better than the pumpkin flavor, not pumpkin flavor at all.

KIND has always had pretty great product in my opinion, and this flavor is no exception. It tasted great and definitely worked well as a quick breakfast addition or snack. How filling it is may depend on your own needs; the bars are fairly small, per usual. But the ingredients were good, tasted fresh and not overly sweet.

These are like other Kind bars except I should have read the portion size because they are small, only like 2 inches vs other Kind bars which are more like 4 inches. Flavor & texture is the same only difference was size.

It is more of a seasonal item. I really don’t taste pumpkin or pumpkin spice. It taste like Kinds cinnamon breakfast bar.
