These are the perfect material, weights, and size. They can be used as a simple stress ball or can be used for hand/arm strengthening exercises. I originally purchased them to use as a stress ball or fidget item, however, I liked their construction so much that I've actually used them for exercising my hands and forearms and building grip strength more than as a fidget or stress ball. You can buy with confidence. These will work for what you need and will last a very long time.

I have had issues with my elbows and shoulders and I have started using these to help building the entire arm back up since my hand and wrists have suffered to lack of use. I like that there are 3 different levels to help me progress. The soft is a good starting point for me during the injury recovery.

I like these. I purchased because I thought they were a little more like a stress ball than an exercise ball but they are not. I am still enjoying it for the purpose of having something to do with my hands during my office hours but I didn’t expect them to be as firm. I’d say the levels of firmness are fairly similar. The size is great though, fits perfectly in my hands.

Only included a medium ball and two soft balls. Very disappointing oversight that simple quality control should’ve prevented. Otherwise good quality stress balls.

I am a therapist and purchased these for a couples "gift basket" that I was putting together for a weekend therapy intensive. I purchased these because the tube it came in looks kind of upscale and high quality. The balls are in three strengths and are sturdy. My clients were impressed!

Best stress ball
The media could not be loaded. I was having issue in my left hand due to excessive computer use. These balls helped me to relieve muscle tension. Highly recommend for computer users
