I had continual cramps in my hands and feet until I began taking magnesium everyday. At this time they are virtually nonexistent. This magnesium is Great because the capsules are smaller and offer 500 mg instead of 200 mg so I do not need as many. I would recommend them should one need magnesium.

I have not use this brand of Magnesium yet.I have used other brands that come in 500 mg tablets and I’ve been satisfied with them. I read the number of reviews and it was always highly rated. I have no reason to feel I will not be satisfied with this brand.

I bought my first bottle back in Jan 2024, Just now ordered my second bottle, One pill is all that is required and you get 240 pills.. Last a good long while.. I have no cramps at all since switching to this brand.. It had good reviews is why I tried it and I will keep buying it... The kind I had before was 120 pills and you took 3, it didn't last long and I still had a cramp here and there.. With Naturebell, I have no cramps at all.... :)

Me and hubby were taking Magnesium L-Threonate which worked fine, but I wanted to give Magnesium Glycinate a try and boy after the second night we could definitely tell the difference. We both woke up rested and had a very good deep night sleep. I suggest taking it about 2 hours before going to bed.

I'm not impressed with this product. It seems the magnesium content in these tablets is extremely low. I've had far better results with other brands taking lower dosage. As mentioned in other reviews, supplier needs to update the dosage info with more accurate % information. I do not recommend.
