I got this for my daughters outdoor birthday party. Size wise it's good but the material is not that great. It came with the hooks to put in the ground but they were not that sturdy and in very soft grass they just broke when tried to press. The dice had marks on it. I don't think it's value for money.

My kids are obsessed with this game! Although they recommend setting it up in grass and it comes with stakes to do so, it happens to fit on our deck so we also like to play it there. It's large - large enough for a person to comfortable stand on a square. Multiple players can inhabit the same square so it can start getting a little squished but that's all part of the fun!Everything comes in a storage bag including the mat, an inflatable die, stakes, and instructions. The die is big and you may want to use an inflator! It rolls haphazardly around and takes a moment to land on a number and you have to wait to see what you final number is. It has to be deflated to fit it back in the bag.The mat itself was hard to pry apart from it's folds - the plastic was kind of stuck together. It also has a quite strong plastic smell at first and you may want to air it out a bit. The instructions add some twists on the classic snakes & ladders game and I like these additions and think they add to the enjoyment.I think this would be really great for parties and people will be sure to find it amusing. Most importantly, my kids love it and want to play and it gets us outside!

The media could not be loaded. This is made of thick vinyl, like a quality pool toy or liner. It is large enough to stand on each square comfortably. The die blew up quickly with a pump. Everything fit well back into the storage bag. It is heavy for its size, but the durability is worth the weight.

It's fun for the kids. The die takes an eternity to inflate even with an air pump and the sheet itself has a strong and almost unbearable chemical smell. even after laying it outside a few days.

It looks good. But the smell of plastic is too much and I wouldn’t recommend this product.
