    I wanted to see what this "viral Dubai Chocolate bar" craze was all about so I bought this for the filling of the bar. This was really great. You don't need to do anything to prep it (the recipe I had said to chop the phyllo short, but this is already very finely shredded so that's not necessary). There is a good amount in this package, probably 5ish cups?? I used 1 1/2 cups and there was a lot left so, maybe even 6 cups? I made one large chocolate bar with that amount, so just for reference... The filling ended up tasting good so I think this tasted as it should!! Hard to know as I have no frame of reference but this seems great!
