I got this bottle for my 8yo son, he pretty much goes through a dozen of bottles a year (either breaks it, loses it, or it develops mold and can't be washed properly enough) so I'd say I have a fair amount of experience with such items and can compare to my previous purchases :)This bottle is VERY well made, the coated paint finish on the body is high quality and the graphics (based on the color you pick) are cute and "embossed" on the bottle. What's most unusual about this bottle compared to all previous ones we've owned is that it comes with some amazing accessories, mainly:(A) The 2 different lids:- 1 typical sippy/silicon straw that you find on most kids bottles (although this one has a very flexible / special construction - so likely not compatible with the mainstream ones)- 1 "drink or pour" lid that can be combined with the little cup that screws on top, very much like an adult coffee thermos). I really like that if my son breaks the straw lid at some point, we still have this 2nd lid that should last longer)(B) The carrying pouch/sleeve: my son couldn't contain his excitement and immediately carried it with him. It has a little useful pocket (for those precious small items your kid will absolutely want to carry) and an adjustable strap - and the side zipper makes it a breeze to put & remove the bottle from its sleeve. Beyond the "carrying" ability, this is also great because it adds a layer of protection around the metal bottle (for the bottle or your floors!!), so hopefully this will help preserve the bottle in good condition longer through the typical kids bottle abuse & constant drops.(C) a cleaning brush for the straw, always welcome!!This bottle is definitely a higher budget than most, but it is high quality and comes with more useful accessories so definitely worth considering. I am very happy with this product (and so is my son) so I can't recommend it enough!

This Fjbottle is the absolute of all kids' water bottles! When it first arrived, I was oohing and ahhing as I played and got acquainted with all of its components. Included was an alternate lid that converts the water bottle into a thermos, and a kid-size cup that locks securely on top. I can imagine this bottle proving very practical for nature walking and camping, also. I summize that the straw attachment will be suitable for on-the-go sips, while the thermos cup set is ideal for lunchtime and seated breaks. It's my kindergartener's dedicated water bottle for school, and holds up to daily dishwashing. For a few reasons, this is the ideal child's bottle.It's matched with an adorable little carrying-pouch to keep it on the person. What's better, the strap even adjusts! Water bottles are a rather expensive items that are easily lost. Just today at the park, we noticed a lone kids' thermos lying on the ground, sadly left behind. Therefore, keeping them attached to the body by strap is so sensible!The seal is secure and completely airtight, having already been drop-tested. The water bottle unscrews and rescrews smoothly just-right-in-size, but has a large capacity of 20 ounces! Little hands will have no problem at all when they need to grab a drink.A camping tool or a lovely lunchbox accessory, this bottle will be worn proudly by your young man. And, what groovy green and yellow colors for my Paleontologist-to-be! My son loves it so much, he doesn't want to part ways with it, even when he's off-the-clock from school.

It’s nice for my 1 1/2 daughter to drink from since the straw is slimy and she doesn’t choke from too much water coming out and of course she loves the Dinos the only thing is that is still too heavy for her.

Many of the water bottles for kids hold under 16 oz but this has a capacity of 20 oz, making it great for longer trips or for bigger kids. While this water comes with a carrying bag, the bottle itself doesn't have anything you can hold on to such as a clip or handle. You may have trouble fitting this into the water bottle pouches on some smaller backpacks as it is a bit wide.The bottle seems to hold cold for awhile well enough. We didn't test out how long this retains heat however. My daughter really likes the cute design and has no problems with the latch or included straw.Recommended if you're looking for kid's water bottle with a bit more capacity that can also double as a thermos for hot cocoa or soup on cold days.

The water bottle does keep your water cold. I gave one star because less than a month later the bottle has started to leak. I would expect for the price that it would of lasted longer.

The bottle is lovely. The carrier bag looks nice but feels cheap and is hard to clean. Biggest con for us is our kiddo has bad habit of biting straws. One chomp and she destroyed it. Probably better for slightly older kids.

This set comes with a 20oz stainless steel water bottle with two lids. It also comes with a carry bag.The two lids option is great. You can choose between using the straw option or the chug. I will say that the bottle is on the heavier size. I have other stainless steel bottles that aren't a problem, but this is a little big for a 3 year old. I would suggest ages 6 and up.I admit that I got this set for the carry bag. Anyone who has a toddler knows it is only a matter of time before you are the one who is left holding the cups. I got this so the 3 year old can carry her own drinks. The bag has a zipper on the side and can fit a wide range of bottles. It can even fit a small sippy cup! She loved it and wore it cross body. She even used the front zippered pocket to store a little toy.This is a great set for 6+ and I would say the carry bag is good for ages 3 and up.
