This is a great set with a nice mix of gems and rocks. The samples are all decently sized and have impressive colors. All that plus a sturdy storage box that has clear images of each stone and all are clearly named. Comes with a brush, magnifying glass, and a guide with stone names, images, and information about each stone. Very happy with the quality of this purchase and can only hope they put together similar sets in the future because this one is cool enough to have made me a fan and definite repeat customer. I'll be keeping an eye out for any future releases from this company.

I can’t wait to give this to my grandson. The collection is very attractively packaged. The samples are large and well identified with additional information about the samples. The price was good compared with collections available from other sources.

This is a very nice set and I like the included poster inside and I like that the size of the rocks are a good bit nicer than the size of a lot of other rock sets for kids. But these rocks are VERY dusty and dirty and will need a good washing off first unless you enjoy dirt all over the place. I don’t see why the seller couldn’t have washed these before putting them in the boxes.

Beautiful collection of rocks and minerals. The box itself is high quality and sturdy. The rocks come packed securely and in small plastic bags so small pieces and debris aren’t breaking off and getting all over everything during shipment. The brush and magnifying glass seem to be good quality as well. I’m very happy with the purchase and the price was definitely more than fair for this beautiful set.

Item arrived on time with no issues. Item was purchased for...well, it purchased for me !I always wondered about how rocks and rock formations were created so, what better way to find out than to get some rocks, eh ?I brought a self-teaching guide on Geology by Barbara Murck a few years ago and this collection will help with my learning process. Being a complete novice to the field of Geology, I can't vouch for the quality of the samples offered by this item but...then again...I ain't trying to get aGeology Degree, either !Item(s) in the storage box : 30 pcs Gems and Rocks, 1 brush, 1 magnifying glass, 1 large two-sided display card/poster that has on it the name and photos of all the samples inside the storage box.The storage box has foam partitions for each sample. And the storage box itself seems rather sturdy. Although it is made from cardboard; it should hold-up if it isn't abused too badly.
