my dad and I work together to keep my mother with balance and mobility issues from assisted living. We have found this system convenient for the short trips when we are both out to walk the dog(dad has heart issues and I don't like him being alone for long) and can still keep in touch. My only complaint is the buttons stick out a little too far and I seem to push them on accident more than I like.

I wanted a way to talk to my hubby when im in the house and he is in the garage. yes i know cell phones exist but most of the time he is busy working on cars so i call, he either doesnt answers or has to rush to clean his hands to answer, and then i can tell him whatever it is that needs to be said. usually its something simple like, hey its time for dinner, or can you quickly take the garbage out. phone tag seems like an awful lot of hassle just to say that. with this im able to push the button and quickly just say, hey its dinner time, and he can hear it through the speaker. he doesnt have to stop what he is doing or answer his phone. its made things so much easier and its less frustrating than phone tag. the quality of the devices feel pretty cheap. it is made out of plastic after all. but so far that doesnt seem to have cause any qaulity issues with its performance. if that changes at any time i will definately come back and update my review.

I bought a total of 6 of these. Thinking that I could connect with all of them as long as they’re on the same channel. But I was wrong. Each of them only connects to the other pair that’s in the box. There’s no instructions on how to sync them all together either. So if you plan on buying multiples. Thinking they all would work with one another. I recommend look else where cause these are not it

I live in the same apartment complex as my sisters, so I got this so that We didn’t have to call each other every time that we had a question or wanted to see if the other was home. Despite the max connection distance, it actually totally works from my apartment to theirs which I think is over what it’s rated for. My only complaint is that it doesn’t really get any quieter. I’m sure that that doesn’t matter for almost everyone buying this though. People probably prefer that it’s loud. But it’s kind of loud that I wouldn’t use it after hours. Especially the call function Which even though you can choose from a lot of different sounds, they’re all super loud And your neighbors will definitely hear it.

Not sure about the battery life but I was dissappointed with this item for it did not come with a way to charge the battery straight out the box. They provided the USB cord but not the charging block.
