It is a great pc for its price! I was scared of it not turning on but all my worries flew out the window once it started running! This is my first pc with a graphics card and i'm impressed with the way it runs! Even running my more demanding games with 120~ fps on ultra settings! Hoping this pc lasts for a long while, had no hiccups after using it the past month :)

Works great, have to have internet to download the drivers to get everything working - LAN connection or USB drive. I used LAN and Driver Easy.

Great computer so far! Nice build really! And it also came windows 11. But apparently Microsoft has made it so you have to buy your license from them directly or you only have access to appropriately 1/2 the unusable operating system which costs another $149 after taxes. Also Microsoft cloud sends everything to their cloud when you are trying to install files onto your hard drive. Their cloud program tries to portray it's your hard drive, until you try to search your hard drive for a file and come to find out there's nothing installed. It literally sends everything! I had to delete everything from their cloud servers and uninstall Microsoft cloud program to get it to stop!! Well I no longer have privacy with Microsoft now, who knows if they really delete what you tell them to delete. I mean what's the point in even having a hard drive if you are going to invade my privacy really?! Incidently I got everything I wanted installed on the hard drive after deleting that program. I'm more annoyed with that program than having to get the license, not to mention they don't ask you if you want to use their cloud either. Their cloud just straight up plays as if it's your hard drive. There goes my privacy!!
1.0 out of 5 stars Motherboard failing less than 2 months into purchase
Bought this computer for my daughter who is a gamer and does online school.At first, we found that the mouse had a hard time staying connected to the computer. It was odd, she had to reset it constantly, but she dealt with it. Over the last several weeks, connectivity to the internet became an issue. So much so, that we actually bought new routers and modems for the home. The good news is that all of our other devices now work at lightning speed. At the same time, this computer's ability to connect and stay connected to the internet decreased.We had a computer specialist come out yesterday and tell us that the motherboard is failing, Unfortunately it's been exactly 2 months since we purchased from Bolo for nearly $1k. I have reached out to customer service for this computer (who sells this directly on Bolo) to see what they will do. I will update this post as they answer.

I opened the box and there was no mouse or keyboard which is not that big of a deal but then tried contacting them through email and havent received anything not even a confirmation that they've received my email. I then wanted to transfer my m.2 nvme ssd from my laptop to this pc (Yumi ryzen 5 5600x rtx 4060) and come to find out theres only 1 and its being used (probably preloaded with the windows 11)Wish there was more clarity on what motherboard its equipped with but all I'm getting is b550 on the websiteAlso you're gonna need a displayport as the 4060 doesnt have hdmi and thats coming in right now

Unpacking was easy and it is capable of running games like Apex legends, Cs2, and Valorant on 180-300 FPS.

Alot of value in this mid tier pc, havn't experienced much noise from the pc its self, runs solid with easy setup, hasn't ran hot.I have had no need to contact tech support so can't truly rate that subject but ill give them 5 stars on that anyways as there has been no hiccups along the way.I upgraded my ram immediately as I always do after buying a prebuilt pc.
