I’m at the age where new pots and pans excite me. I had been looking at the Carote pans for a while on Bolo and had done my research. I was staying with my son and daughter in law for a few days and I spent more time soaking their aluminum pans than I did cooking in them. So I ordered a set of Carote for them…as a totally selfish way to test them out before I bought myself a set.I absolutely loved them. Eggs and cheese didn’t stick….quinoa and rice didn’t stick…cleanup was a breeze and they look fantastic. I love the ease of storing with the removable handles.Needless to say I got rid of their aluminum pans because who needs to soak pans for hours now??Then I ordered my set (23 piece) and I have used them everyday. They are really fantastic. I was a little leery of not going higher than medium heat to cook with but quickly learned you don’t need higher than medium heat.Follow the care directions for the pots and pans and you won’t have any issues. I do not wash them in the dishwasher because cleanup is truly easy using a soft side of a sponge.Value for the money…no comparison! And I did compare!(Written by the one who does most of the cooking)

I had been looking at the Carote cookware for quite some time. They were so very interesting to me, but I didn’t feel I had a need for new cookware.Then we moved into our new home that had a much smaller kitchen and found that the 12pc set of Carote was a perfect fit! They stack easily, the removable handle is genius and the glass pan lids are perfectThis is absolutely the very best cookware we have ever owned. Nothing ever sticks to them and following the care directions makes clean-up a breeze.

We Purchased this 23 piece set after seeing the product on offer in Tiktok videos. We checked Bolo and found the various packages were not only on sale, but for less than the Tiktok shop prices.I have used granite nonstick cook wear when it first came out years ago and found it slightly better than Teflon non-stick. I can definitely say that the nonstick on these pans is much better, totally improved over the first pans I used years ago. So far we have cooked eggs, fried tofu, made soup, creamy cajun chicken pasta and homemade dirty rice with veggies and sausage in this pan set. I even fried A handful of cheddar cheese to crispy on both sides. The nonstick performed perfectly. Post cooking cleanup has been easy every time after allowing the pans to cool, washing with mild soap and a soft nylon bristle brush. Any thing that didn't immediately wipe of with the brush was easily cleared by a gentle rub of the thumb or palm.I like to cook, and my spouse has celiac, so I do a lot of fresh ingredient cooking. I also plan meals to be watched into immediate refrigerated leftovers as well as freezer portions. The larger pans are of a good size to handle the larger than normal amount of cooking for 2 people.On to features...As stated before, the granite style nonstick is excellent. And the 23 piece set came with dense fiber inserts to place between pans when stacking to protect the cooking surface. Having read other reviews we have avoided placing the pans in the dishwasher; hand washing is quick and easy with a soft nylon brush and occasional hand use as stated previously. We cook at low to medium heat as recommended and I was worried that cooking times would be increased, we have not seen any dramatic increase. Our previous pans have thick copper or aluminum billets on the bottom for even heat distribution, the Carote pans have a thinner billet but heat up faster with the same even heat as the thicker pans.The removable handles are taking some getting used to but I do like them, and I have forgotten them on the pans a few times. We have a gas range and it is always a problem of where to move the handles so they don't burn you when shifting a pan, not so with the removables. These removable handles also make stove to oven transfers easy. The pans come with 3 storage lids for the refrigerator, we haven't used them because I portion leftovers out for our ADHD next days and freezer storage for later. The storage lids are for the 7, 8, and 9 inch pans.Cooking utensils.... Invest in silicone or wood. Absolutely no metal in these pans. I have previously ruined a granite nonstick by using a metal whisk and scratched the coating. The 23 piece set came with a spatula and a spoon. Both broke during the first use. Thankfully I had previously bought a expansive set from Bolo.Finally, the cooking lids. They are great, but you only get two. One for the 10-12 inch pans and one for the 7-9 inch pans. They are not oven safe and do not secure well for the refrigerator.. They are excellent on the stove and have a notch to accommodate the removable handle.Overall I am impressed with the set and highly recommend them for home cooks.

Love the color and the removable handles. Our handles did melt but customer service was great and they sent us new ones along with better guidance on how to avoid in the future. The pots and pans are great and the large sizes are perfect for one pot meals!

i love these pans, the detachable handle really saves on space, my only gripe is that because they are white they do tend to stain pretty easily if you leave them for any extended period of time. i try to wash them within the hour after finishing, but if you wait a day or two with any red sauce on them they will pick up that color, its only cosmetic though and doesnt affect the usability but it does suck that they stained

The color is classy for my decor, and I love the simplicity and nonstick coating to make meals, and ease to clean the pots after.I honestly have gone through a few pot sets in my lifetime with kids and a husband who don't normally think or worry about food and sauces getting burned, baked, and fried. I did read reviews and researched and finally purchased the set. The no-handle is a game-changer for storage space.Loved it so much I bought another set to add to the collection and gifted a set to my oldest who was moving to her new home-she loves the light blue set! Pot set is plenty for different cooking needs, and now we all make sure to keep the heat on medium (the even distribution makes cooking quick, and we don't even set it to a high setting as it suggests medium is recommended) Our preference is silicone utensils so we don't scratch the finishing and help with the durability of the pots. Cleaning is simple and nothing is hard to clean, especially if we just let the pots soak for a few minutes if needed.Customer service was also prompt and helpful when I reached out for questions which I always appreciate! I don't think that I will be needing to purchase another pot set anytime soon but if I do, this brand will be my choice :)

Me encantaron desafortunadamente después del primer día de uso la señora que nos ayuda con la limpieza uso una fibra para lavarlos y me daño uno muy poco con un rallon, pero de ahí en delante funcionan de maravilla

I love these pots and pans set. The set arrived in perfect condition. Very well packed in the box. The only way it would be damaged is if the delivery guys played football using the box as a ball.I hand washed it. The set is not too light and unlike my old pan it sits flat on the gas stove. It cooks meals evenly and pretty fast. I only used the medium heat for cooking. So far it is perfect.
