Vanilla Flavor. A bit sweet but still tastes great. I mix it with fresh brewed Green Tea, chia & flaxseed. Sometimes add creatine and/or BCAA's. The best part about this whey protein isolate is no after bloat or nausea. Clean protein. You get to the point after years of training that you just want to get the necessary supplements and food in your body to feed the muscles no matter what. Transparent Labs Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate make it painless. Kudos to you.

Firstly, it's a protein isolate, so can't really comment on effectiveness because it does its job as other isolates do. I can, however, comment on taste and my body responds to the lactose.I'm not lactose intolerant, but I do notice a little puffiness/bloating in my body and some inflammation in my digestive system when I drink most whey proteins. This isolate doesn't effect me at all like others do. It's quite "pure" in the sense it doesn't have a lot of additives. This uses high quality ingredients and it's clear that the grass-fed aspect of it helps.I've been using protein powders for almost 20 years and honestly, I don't really care whether or not it tastes good. I just want the protein in my body asap.But for the people who need a good-tasting protein, the taste, in my opinion, is amazing. I got the chocolate peanut butter and mix it with water and nothing else. Tastes great, and there's no artificial flavor to it.

I have been taking protein for years. I am VERY picky either way my protein powder and have tried several brands. I am also lactose and GI sensitive. This is the best protein I’ve ever tried. It dissolves instantly with water only in a shaker bottle. There is zero grainy texture. It tastes like a light chocolate milk. It does not give me gas or bloating. I would highly highly recommend.
