Shake Well has become my go to drink when I'm feeling sluggish/tired and need an energy boost. It helps me feel alert and awake throughout the day. I like that it gives me just the right boost without making me feel over caffeinated.The drink packet dissolves nicely and mixes well with water and has a sweet orange flavor and has a bit of carbonation. The flavor is good, with no chemical taste that are sometimes found in other healthy products; however, it can be a little sweet so I recommend mixing it with more water to get the preferred sweetness.

As far as energy goes, this works very well. This will give you a nice boost and almost too much of a boost if you’re sensitive to caffeine or energy drinks in general. I will say though, that the taste was not great. Hardly citrusy and is a little dull and vitamin like. What I don’t like the most is that it contains sucralose. I think just regular sugar would have been better for the taste than an artificial one like sucralose. Not a big fan of consuming that.

I can’t even review how this product made me feel after using it because I could barely gut down half a serving. The taste is so terrible. Watered down vitamin heavy Tang flavor. I tried half a bottle to see if I just needed to get used to it. It’s a hard NOPE! Would love a refund on this.

The taste was similar to a mix of Tang and Emergen C. I did add slightly more water as the mix does seem to make the water thicker (similar to gatorade/powerade/liquid iv), probably the added electrolytes. Received a slight energy boost similar to a red bull/coffee. Did feel more hydrated after spin class versus when I drink just plain water.

The media could not be loaded. Shakewell definitely intrigued me. Mostly, I'm a coffee gal who looks forward to my cup of joe every morning so substituting that for shakewell was a change for me. I have to say, it's been a solid month of me drinking it every morning and I seriously do not crave the coffee at all. It tastes great so I look forward to sitting down with it each morning and it doesn't leave me with a crash mid-day. I am a grad student that works full time so that is incredibly important to me. I consider myself to be an avid caffeine drinker, and I haven't had the urge to run to the store for an energy drink! On top of it too you're not getting all the extra calories from creamer and other fixins you would have in a coffee or energy drink. All wins for me! Caffeine content aside, the best part is the dose of multivitamin that it offers. I feel GOOD and not all over the place, vitamins were always tricky for me to keep up with so the fact that it's all there and so easy for me to pour into a glass and enjoy makes it all the more attractive to me. definitely give it a try to switch up your usual morning coffee and perhaps large handful of vitamins!!!

Why use Sucralose ( a synthetic man-made sweetener) instead of natural sweeteners, like organic Stevia or erythritol?? TO SAVE MONEY? So many good vitamins in this, but the choice to use Sucralose takes away from the health qualities and benefits. CLEAN is the ticket if you want a great product to sell with a promise, don’t go with cheap ingredients like all the rest! You get what you pay for.

I love the functionality of the individual pouches as it makes it super convenient for me to take it and add it to a water bottle while on the go. The only thing that i did not agree with was the flavor, it reminded me of the vitamin C powders i use to take when i was trying to beat a cold.

The Citrus Sunrise flavor is refreshing without being overly sweet, and it mixes well with water. I’ve noticed a significant increase in my focus and energy throughout the day, without the jittery feeling that other energy drinks sometimes give me.
