The price difference between The Laundress and W**lite is impressive at first, but it's not as bad as it seems. You use much less of the Laundress, especially in HE washers. The other thing I like about it is that it doesn't fade your darks, but it doesn't dye your dark blues, either. It keeps the dark colors true.This means it doesn't restore clothes that have already faded. If you want that, the other brand will do it. Just save it for your deepest black clothes.

Love the product, it actually does as described on Red Land Cottons website, which inspired me to do some research before I purchased. Smell: sterilized medical cleaner odor blended with hints of old spice after shave. It’s not like anything else on the market or smells anything like a luxury hotel fragrance. Doesn’t irritate my skin or eyes. Bottles came sealed and bagged, packed well and received quickly. As far as its effects on my washer, I have more faith in this product to not cause damage unlike the sludge other companies are producing. Also purchased the Laundry Conditioner.

The smell left in clothing was too much. I did not notice any difference for any other cleaner and product is expensive as compared other cleaners.

This detergent smells amazing and has kept my dark washes dark as far as I can tell. The cap does leak a little bit during transport but it's such a small amount that it's not a big deal to me.I want dryer sheets that smell like this too, I'll definitely keep buying this product.
