I can't recommend this stuff. It smells chemically. It TASTES like sugar but I just can't get over that smell. I almost feel like I shouldn't eat it. What is that smell coming from? It's sugar! Why would it smell like chemicals??And $10 for sugar? I'm not seeing anything special about this particular sugar to warrant such a cost.

The sugar is finely granulated, which I like and what makes it a good choice of sugar for baking for me. It tastes smooth and sweet. Overall, good product. First I liked that it came in a convenient container, but then I moved the sugar to a glass jar because the container it arrived in had a strong smell of plastic.

Yup, that's white sugar alright! Not a whole lot to say about it! It tastes good and dissolves super well! I don't use much sugar so prefer to get it in small amounts at once. It was nice that this came in a small, resealable container. Didn't need a canister for it or anything.The one thing that I did notice is that it had kind of a different scent. I don't remember my sugar ever really smelling like anything. It's not bad….just an observation. Hopefully it's the sugar itself and not from the plastic. Also, there were a few clumps but that's no issue really. They break up super easily anyway.

I didn't have any issues with my sugar. Good small jar of sugar. Is a bit pricier I think than grocery store sugar but nice having a good container to hold it and it has a fairly wide opening at top to make for easy scooping.
