I originally purchased the 4-bin rolling carts and ran into a small problem with a broken bin in each of those so I contacted the company for a replacement bin. Customer service was responsive, apologetic. I enjoyed the 4-bin carts enough to try the 8-bin rolling cart and so far I am quite happy with all the carts and I think they are all worth the price I originally paid.I ordered this 8-bin rolling cart to organize our homeschool books. There were enough bins for all of our subjects and the bins were big just enough to hold the textbook, notebooks and such. Some of the texts are in 1.5 inch binders and those fit well. This cart can be used for office supplies, crafts, paper storage, etc. it seems pretty versatile.The drawers do not slide out and fall down as there is a slight catch built in to the track. The drawers do pull out entirely, if needed. The drawers also pull out far enough so that I can easily pull items out or place items back.Putting the carts together was easy enough; however, I did not watch the video. I probably should have because I put the pieces together wrong…it does matter. The wonderful part about this is that I was able to carefully disassemble the pieces and redo it again correctly, with no damage. Yay!I think the cart looks nice and is sturdy enough for our purpose. The only thing I would want to change is the option to have permanent feet instead of (or in addition to) the wheels. And that is just for when there are height constraints. Otherwise, the wheels works well and two of them have locks. Empty, the cart is very light weight.

The shipment was super fast. It was so easy to assemble took about 10 mins and I love the colors of the tray. The only issue is the trays when pushing it back in, there is nothing to stop it from coming out on the other side. I’m thinking about putting a board on the back to stop the trays. Other then that it cart is perfect for storing my craft supplies.

Easy to assemble, my 9 year old helped me and neither of us got stuck or frustrated. He was so proud when we were finished! It took us maybe 30 minutes, but would probably take less time for an adult on their own. I like that there is a stopper for the drawers so they don't just slide out too fast and fall, but I wish it was a little easier to pull the drawer past the stopper. I feel like I have to tug a bit too hard and then it comes free and I am likely to accidentally pul the drawer all the way out and spill it on accident due to the quick release of tension. When pushing it in, you have to push hard past the stopper and then I end up almost pushing the drawer out the other side.Looks nice, good size drawers, feels sturdy enough and rolls around nicely.

The media could not be loaded. My husband said it was easy to assemble. We did find the drawers a little challenging to pop in over the stops, but finally figured out an easy way to pop them over. The frame is pretty solid. The drawers are a little flimsy. Perfect for small, light items like arts and crafts or sewing. A little overpriced for what it is but if you have a targeted use for this, you should be satisfied. It is a nice looking cart and doesn’t look junky. The wood look top dresses it up a little.

I bought this because it seemed like a great affordable option for office supplies storage. The instructions were not too hard to follow. But when I was finished, the drawers would not actually slide in easily at all. I tried to figure out how I can make it work. But it was just not working. Returned it next day.

I had previously ordered two other multiple shelf designs. They were 10 shelves stacked on top of each other, but unfortunately we're not as sturdy as this design. This one can hold more weight and will be more suitable for storing tools which is my application.

The media could not be loaded. As described in the video that I submitted I wanted this for my scrapbooking paper and it’s like 2 inches too small. This is my fault I didn’t fully looking at all the measurements. I seen 12inches and ordered it. I do like how sturdy it is, just wish it was a little bigger and I wish that the drawers had a lid or something to prevent dust getting on your stuff.

Purchased this for my teenage daughter to store all her crafts etc. it is sturdy and easy to assemble. She assembled all on her own within 20mins. Seller went one step ahead and sent out assembly instructions prior to package arrival via Bolo msg. Very Pleased with the product, quality price and service! We recommend this product!
Okay But...
This is the 3rd one of these I've bought, 1st I had to return due to a fault, replacement one was fine, no issues. However, this 3rd one was stressful on assembling it due to incorrectly labelled parts, thankfully though I got there in the end.
Nice cart
This cart is going to be very helpful in organizing materials for teaching. Drawers come out quite easily so that I can have each days materials with me. Cart was easy to assemble and looks nice and neat. Customer service from Sykiariol was also great!
Drawers are not the size stated
I bought this to use for 12x12" scrapbooking papers. The drawers are stated to be 13.98"D x 12.24"W x 2.76"H. They're nothing like this size at all and they have a moulded handle out of the bottom as well, so the size is even smaller. No way 12x12" scrapbook paper will fit in them. I am returning for a refund as it's not fit for the purpose and the listed details are not correct.

I got two, one with the shallow drawers (this one) and one with deep drawers. In both cases I was surprised at how easy it was to build and by the quality of the furniture for the low price. I got flooded earlier this year and needed to replace storage bins on a budget and this was it!! Very happy.
