    This is the second humidor I received from them since the first had a couple issues. The hygrometer on the replacement was tight and did not fall out like the first one, and the divider was long enough to wedge inside the side walls unlike the first. It's been seasoned and seems to hold a decent humidity level, it's been between 72 and 75% for a week so far. This would be a good starter humidor if you were looking to not spend much on one. It had minor appearance flaws like a small ding on the outside front that may have or have not happened during shipping, and very small gaps in the joint of the inside covers front corners, but those don't seem to cause much moisture loss, if any. All in all a functional humidor at a good price.

    This is the red colored box and it is a steal at the price I paid. After 24 hours of placing the humidifier that comes with it and an additional water pillow it is only 1 degree shy of optimal level. The gauge was tested with my digital hydrometer and its right on the money accurate without any calibration. The seal passed the dollar test for leakage. Be careful with the divider at first it will be tight so dont force it. Very pleased with my purchase and will buy another when needed.

    The cigar box I originally received had some issues and would not shut properly. Per the request written inside I contacted their customer service. They did a great replacing the humidor they sent and making everything right. I will purchase from them again based solely on the customer service.
