It rides great. Lots of fun and got me up multiple blocks super quick and I didn’t have it at max speed. The interface and app are a little unintuitive and require you to sign up for a smart home thing just to sync with the one device but it shows the remaining battery life and allows you to lock it. Also at the base there is a nice hole in the frame that’s perfect for a bike lock. I suppose for the inconvenience of signing up for a whole companion app that has functionality which should just be on the scooter itself. Oh also the breaks are a little loose compared to what I expect. Also the sketchy wiring and loose breaks, but they can be adjusted I think it’s just a pain to do because they are tension breaks.Otherwise it’s fun to ride, feels good, goes over a variety of little bumps and even gravel no problem.

Hi, I'm a college student who has used this scooter every day for a couple of months now. I can say with certainty and confidence that the value you get with the navee v40 is worth the price. For starters, this scooter is one of the better looking ones on the market. It's simplistic and modern. 20 miles an hour is more than enough to get around and can cover a fair amount of distance at full speed. It's not slow to charge and the battery will be full if plugged in overnight. The front light is bright during the night and the brakes work very well. I've had no major issues since purchasing this scooter. If you've been researching scooters and are wondering which one is the best bang for your buck, I highly recommend this one for casual and/or everyday use. Easy 5 stars.
Fun Time Commuter Scooter
The media could not be loaded. My first scooter that I should have got ages ago. I bought it to save on parking costs. I work in the financial district of downtown Toronto and parking is very expensive. I now park my car (Hybrid Corolla) a few km's away in an inexpensive lot and scoot in. The difference in parking costs will have this scooter paying for itself in about 7 weeks of commuting.Google maps says it's an 11 minute bike ride but I consistently make it in 6 on this peppy little machine. It folds down quickly and is easily maneuvered in and out of my trunk.I'm 220 lbs and only notice a slowdown on steeper hills.You will feel all the bumps in the road but on a smooth surface it's a pleasant ride.The accelerator thumb button started to stick in place when let go to decelerate after a few days. This was easily solved with a skoosh of some dry lube PTFE spray using the little straw applicator for precise targeting.I'm using it for fun after work alot now. I bought an aftermarket set of kid handlebars and attached them to the main post so I can give the neighbours kid rides on it. I also attached a basket for my little dog to ride in and she loves it.All in all, I'm very pleased with my purchase.
Quit after 3 weeks
Was jumpy right out of the box, but thought it just wanted to ggoooooAt 3 weeks, it quit. I was on my way to work. Completely off my bus route, I shut it down, waited a couple minutes. Got going again, until it quit, AGAIN, and again and again. (Full charge)Took a different bus route, dragging a problem scooter with me. Got to work late.
Powerful electric scooter V40 from Navee
Was recommended by a friend who used it while in Europe. Loved this scooter at first sight upon unpacking it, nicely packaged and construction felt very solid. Easy to set up following the manual and I got myself onto the road after a few hours of charging!The motor surprised me with its power and swift acceleration, it was a breeze to reach the max advertised speed of 32km/h. The ride is comfortable and composed, the board is long enough to fit my size 11 feet front and back.The battery range is good and seems to match what was advertised at the cruising speed. Both head light and tail light surprisingly work well at night to illuminate the road.Highly recommended!
Just a smidge underpowered for Vancouver hills
Gets the job done, but it’s not so great at handling hills. It can on the top setting, but it’s a crawl.

Great bike, folds easily climbs 20° hills self sealing air tires strong headlight and tail light. I am around 220 and it effortlessly climbs hills does 20 mph. If u drive moderately it will give u good miles in distance traveled. Distance will vary if u travel more hills and rougher ground. Charges easily overnight in about 5 hours when only one bar remaining. A nice scooter with replaceable battery and regeneration. Can be driven if needed in wet weather.
