With spring being upon us and the weather getting nicer, pulled the trigger on this one. Not for any special reason, nothing northworthy either but it showed it was on “sale” and seemed decent so why not. At this price range they are mostly all the same weather brand named or while labeled. And if you are looking to get into electric scooters this is good starting point, and any cheaper you’ll have maybe Walmart one for around $200 or at least 400-600 but ideally around $800 for a solid ones. There are brand named ones from likes of Segway and others for more or less same thing but extra 50-100 for the brand name with single ~300W motor, basic on/off break, and about the same build. Maybe a little better support or bit more features or air filled tires which would be nice and tend to be more user replaceable and longevity but for extra maintenance and premium pricing. For this scooter I like the feel looks like those Xiaomi clones, quite quick but more then enough for beginners or for intermediates like me who’s not much of 2 wheelers. Really brings back memories of younger days of razor scooters, when I was jealous of other kids who had those kids electric scooters, and so far no eating the pavement or knee scrapping yet .🤞The set up is pretty straightforward as you simple just slot in the handle bar and screw in two screws, one of them was a little tight but that’s about it. Its folds in quickly making it easier to store and carry once you figure out the latch on top of front wheel . Full up and out, once folded that latch just stays loose should have liked somewhere to slot it in. There this plastic piece on the left handle that clips onto top of the rear wheel, would have like if it were on the left freeing up the space for maybe a phone mount and keep it more balanced once folded. The deck is about 5.5in high from the ground has a rubber mate and planning on replacing with skate grip tape once worn out. The handle bar is about 40 from ground and 35/36infrom the deck, for most people its fine but would have like a little more adjustment on the height of the handle bar one extra hole inch longer top of the handle bar would have gone a long way.Range is pretty good, it’s rated for 18 miles on which is doable on eco mode on flat terrain. But more realistically its going to be around 10-12 miles which is more then enough for last mile trips for over a week or few says on more longer rides. The speed is capped at 19mph not sure if there is work around, but should be enough to keep the pesky cops of your tail and throttle happy hands safe. The included charger charges up find but gets hot and even when pull charge there seems to be some current being transferred as it’s still hot. As it’s still pretty brand new so not worried, but later as it age might keep a bucket of sand 🪣 or a fire extinguisher 🧯😅The kickstand is basic metal piece that’s standard among these, but you can put bigger aftermarket ones for like $20-$30 that’s probably gonna be more robust and easier to kick down and up like a bike. The headlights and breaks lights are plenty bright, but little more brightness wouldn’t have hurt, also unlike some others it doesn’t have usb port for charging other devices on the go. The head light seems replaceable but if you really want you can probably replace/swap out just about anything as all these scooters seems the same ,probably besides the control board. There are some rubber inserts around the cable entry way and charging port should be more than enough and if it gets wet just dry it properly before use. But might put some Suguru and duck tape for extra protection for wet conditions. Speaking of wet condition, be aware of the surface conditions you’re riding on, no brake on leaves and sand or you’ll regret it. As its only rear break even on hard break you’ll not flip over like those TikTok vids, for extra precaution lean back a little when breaking to balance in. There is no suspension as expected, you’ll need the ones around $800 at least, but smooth enough for city and some gravels as long as you’re not hill jumping.📲 Like the 3 modes, and the fact you can adjust their speeds on the app, just wished there was a mode on the app to keep the last mode selected as it just goes to sport every time after restart. App is mostly barebones, you can see the battery level in percentage wise, which could have been shown on scooter display, but the bars are just fine. You can change kmh/mph, turn on or off headlights, put it in walking mode where no throttle and lights flashes the head and tail lights(would have liked to be always feature for safety with throttle). Also shows how many miles driven total and trip miles, and start/kick more where you first kick push then you do throttle like regular scooter. You can also lock and unlock the scooter, where once locked there is no throttle but doesn’t do much to deter theft, could have made it when moved or pressed on throttle it beeps constantly, and auto lock once out of range of bluetooth but that probably would make people complacent. Otherwise the app is not much of a use, would love to see new feature added to app/and scooter screen itself since it’s mostly just a software update to fully utilize the app or just added another button to scooter and kept eventing on the scooter. These are not an issue with just this scooter but basically all the scooters in this range.Personalization todo list:– pimp it with led strip 😆– water bottle mount– phone mount– new kickstand– grip tape– flower basket one the front 🤣

Before purchasing this electric scooter for my daughter to use on her university campus, I read numerous reviews and had high expectations. Thankfully, this scooter has lived up to those expectations and more.Firstly, the charging process is impressively quick. It doesn’t take long to fully charge, which fits perfectly into my daughter’s busy college schedule. She can plug it in quickly and have enough battery life to last through multiple trips across campus. the battery life is robust. My daughter can use it throughout the day without worrying about running out of power. This long usage time has been incredibly convenient for her.One of the biggest advantages is the security and convenience of storage. My daughter can easily bring the scooter into her dorm room at night, significantly reducing the theft risk. This feature provides great peace of mind. The ride itself is smooth and stable. The scooter is easy to handle, and my daughter could use it confidently right from the start without needing any special training. Adjusting the speed is also straightforward, making it adaptable to different riding conditions and personal preferences.Overall, this electric scooter has proven to be an excellent purchase. Its quick charging, long battery life, and user-friendly design make it ideal for campus life. The added security of easy indoor storage is a significant bonus. I highly recommend this scooter to anyone seeking a reliable and convenient mode of transportation.
4.0 out of 5 stars long battery life, light weight, but bumpy
A pretty solid sturdy scooter, I've only ever had this one so Im not an expert. The battery life works well for me I ride around 5 miles a day and i'm able to comfortably do 3-4 days without recharging. Pretty light weight and compact; I am able to fold it up and sling it on my shoulder to get on the bus and have it only take up the seat beside me. The app is also useful, I like how you can manage the top speeds on each mode and have cruise control. I was worried about riding at night since the scooter is colored is all black/grey, but it does have a head light and reflective tires. The main issue I have with it is the suspension is non existent and the wheels are hard, which is great for not popping but you can fly off the scooter if you hit a crevice to deep (which I have and since then have been extremely careful) which is somewhat difficult in the city I live it. like even a uneven sidewalk makes you white knuckle the handle bars im hope you don't come crashing down. But still love this thang.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great buy
The scooter is of good quality ,easy to install, durables, easy to use, and has a bench. My daughter likes it very much. She can sit on it to rest when she is tired, and she can also sit and slide. The appearance of the car is exquisite ,the color is beautiful, the pedals and wheels will light up, and there is music. My daughter is very happy to play with it.
