Pretty good overall. Came with a broken part but did go through the seller and they sent me the correct replacement part. Love that it reclines and locks into place, the additional pillow is nice and re-stuffable to adjust it as needed, and it was overall easy to put together (but I did have to rest between maneuvering heavier parts, it would be easier with two people, but absolutely is doable alone). It's HUGE. For reference, I'm 200lbs and this thing gives me enough room to cross my legs if I want to. I don't feel restricted in any way. The wheels are worth the upcharge.

Using for about a week. Overall I like it. Easy to put together by myself. I’m on the thick side and I am able to sit criss cross comfortably. I’m 5’2 and my feet do not touch the floor even on the lowest setting. I had to buy a foot rest to put under my desk to make it more comfortable. The wheels glide nice, but on tile a little too nice haha. I sit down and I’m 3 feet away from the desk. The fact that my feet done touch doesn’t help, if you are taller might not be as much of an issue. I might add a rug. I wish the armrests were adjustable but not a dealbreaker. The white is going to get dirty (especially on the foot rest) but material appears easy to clean.

I work from home. I purchased this chair even though I did not need oversized. It is so comfortable for the long hours of sitting. The recline and footrest allows you to adjust your sitting position throughout the day and remove pressure from your back. My only complaint would be that I would like to lumbar pillow to have elastic; this would allow you to attach it to the chair and hold the position. It looks just like the photos!

I had paid for a new chair, but when I opened the box I found that I was sent one that had already been opened and partially assembled. The lift part of the chair didn’t function when I tested it and some spots on the white cushions had what seemed to be grease from the lift mechanism smeared in a few places.This looked like it would have been a nice chair and had I been sent a new one, as I had paid for, I would have probably kept it but I ended up returning this. Very disappointed and upset as this was, for me, what I considered an expensive purchase so I was dissatisfied with what I received.

I love this chair so much. It was easy to put together by myself, and I’m someone who has a hard time comprehending written assembly instructions. I did have to get my husband to screw the seat while I held it together because I had a hard time holding it and screwing it at the same time. The comfort of the chair is unbelievable. I recently started working from home and was in so much pain by the end of the day from trying 3 diff chairs. Once I got this chair I had no more pain. It is comfortable and wide. Wide enough to sit cross legged to be comfy and cozy and I really enjoy being able to put my feet up on the foot rest. It makes for various options for relaxing positions while I work.

The good. Easy to put together. Good quality chair. Very attractive. Comfortable support.The bad. Chair sits high especially the 3inch wheels. I swapped them out for my old chairs 2inch wheels which helped, but the chair still does not fit under my 32inch desk which is higher than most conventional desks. So it's a tad High for my liking. Another inch lower would have made this a winner.

So far it has been impossible to reach them, they say they have a live chat...maybe, but good luck finding it! There is no phone number, because they clearly do not want you to contact them, so far, I am very disappointed in their customer support, it appears there is NONE!
