In all honesty I was expecting the quality to be really cheap but its actually a lovely doll and a very nice Collectors item. I haven't taken the doll itself out of the box but I took out the code and it worked perfectly well!
Virtual item code already scratched, didn't work.
Came in perfect box but after opening the virtual item code was already scratched, there was NO protective film over it and wasn't in a foil. Obviously it didn't work as it looks like it's been already used & put back in the box, returned for refund, sold again. Not fair as paying for full and complete product here. As you can imagine, my daughter was Very dissapointed.
