5.0 out of 5 stars Strong smell
I bought these for my office. Smell great but really powerful, almost overpowering when new.
5.0 out of 5 stars Fabreze Deodorizer update 8/24
I chose Orange Blossom. It has a citrusy, fruity, floral scent. It’s potent but not overwhelming. It definitely keeps my bathroom smelling fresh. It comes in a plain box I’m sure to reduce the cost of fancy packaging since you’ve already seen the product and made your purchase. There is a paper packed inside with information and instructions with Fabreze letterhead. They come exactly as described. I can’t vouch for their longevity but at this point I have confidence in their claim of 45 days each. I would definitely buy this again.Update 8/24; though it still has some liquid, it loses the ability to deodorize after 30 days. I put out a new one but I won’t dispose of the old one till it’s dry. I find that it works so well with such a pleasant scent that I still highly recommend it.
4.0 out of 5 stars Takes awhile to smell anything
This did not come in Febreze packaging, and although they looked new, they have ZERO SCENT. Very disappointing as I have bought these in the past, and they smelled wonderful. Update - I smelled it the next day. It's not as strong as scents I've purchased in the past.
5.0 out of 5 stars Smells amazing
The smell is amazing !! And it freshens up any room/hallway.
1.0 out of 5 stars Overpowering
Sunday, Sept. 8: As someone else said, these did not come in branded packaging, the individual items do not have the Febreze name on them, and there is a toggle switch to activate them, not a push button. They might be Febreze, but I don’t know. The instruction sheet does say Febreze. The scent is quite strong. I activated three of them and put one each in the living room, bathroom and study. Half an hour later, I removed the one from the living room and put two of them in a plastic baggie. It was so strong that I was getting a headache and feeling ill. Then I had to open a window. I likely will have to remove the other two as well. I’ll put them in my basement instead.Edit: Tuesday, Sept. 10: I have been using Febreze fabric refresher and Febreze aerosol fresheners for many years, so I thought I might like these. I started feeling sick Sunday afternoon. I didn't know why. It came on kind of suddenly. Just a queasiness and general malaise. Then I began getting a headache. I don't get headaches often, but my head felt bad and my stomach felt bad. I decided to lie on the sofa and watch TV a little while with a cup of tea. Not long afterward, I began to realize that the air freshener on the end table was overpowering. I moved it across the room. I still could smell it, and I began to suspect that was why I was feeling sick. I deactivated the one in the living room and put it in a plastic baggie, along with the spare from the linen closet, put them in a small cardboard box and thought I'd use them in the basement instead. I had put the product packaging in the kitchen trash bin. I could smell that, too. I set the bin on my deck. I went back to the living room to lie down again. I still could smell it. I opened two windows, turned on the ceiling fan, closed the bathroom door and put the one in the study on the far side of the room. I went to lie down again. Later, the odor still was so strong that I removed the other two, deactivated them, and put them in the baggie also and closed the flaps on the cardboard box, which was sitting beside my basement door. I felt bad all day and all evening. I walked onto the deck in the evening, could smell the packaging in the trash and closed the flaps on the garbage bag. I got up Monday morning, walked into the kitchen and could smell those things inside the box by the basement door. I opened the door, set the box on the top step, and closed the door. A little while later, I opened the door and the smell was overwhelming. I kicked the box to the bottom of the stairs. I opened the basement door a few hours later and still could smell them. They were in a sealed baggie, in a box, at the bottom of the stairs, and I STILL COULD SMELL THEM! I went to the deck to get the bag of trash to take to the street and when I came back inside, I could smell it on my hands. I was coughing and my lungs hurt all day. Later, when I took my dog outside, I put the box next to a pile of stuff that needs to go to the curb for our bulk pickup. Horrible product. I'd return them to Bolo, but I'd have to keep the box outside until I could take it to a dropoff, and I'd have to put it in the back of my truck with the camper door open. No way I'd put them in the cab with me, even in a taped box. I thought about offering them free on NextDoor, but I'd have to put the box at the curb until they were picked up. Nope, not worth getting the $11 back. They will go to the trash.
3.0 out of 5 stars I don't think these are authentic - they seem to be a knock off
These are not the same as other Febreeze I've bought in the past. They don't come with any brand on the box - they are what you would consider "generic". The quality is not what I expect from Febreeze either - the past ones had a good smell. The 4 generic versions that arrived each have less than 1/2 the liquid shown - which they should be close to filled before you activate them, but these are not. And the smell is very minimal. I have it in a 6x9 bathroom and no one can smell it less than 2 feet away, so they're basically useless. I would return them, but it's more than a 40 minute drive one way to drop them off. Sorry I purchased them. I would not recommend them.
5.0 out of 5 stars I Like Small Spaces. Lasts longer
I like Small Spaces. It lasts longer than the vent fresh ones. (I use in my car) I wish Small Spaces came in Midnight Storm. I forgot the scent I got now. It’s not bad. Not as great as Berry and Bramble. That one is stronger.
5.0 out of 5 stars Sooo Nice!
I love these! Scent isn't overpowering and you don't have to plug nothing in. I use a plug in also but the scent diminishes as time goes on. This stays the same till it's gone. It's small and mighty. Very pleasant.
