I recently purchased two sets of the Gucci Flora Gorgeous Gardenia 3 Piece Set Eau de Parfum for Women. One set was for my mother-in-law, and the other was for myself. While the fragrance is absolutely beautiful, my overall experience was far from satisfactory.**Pros:**1. **Scent:** The perfume has a delightful floral fragrance that is both fresh and elegant. It’s perfect for any occasion and has received many compliments.2. **Packaging:** The packaging design is luxurious and beautiful, with a lovely floral print that makes it a great gift.**Cons:**1. **Condition on Arrival:** The set I purchased for my mother-in-law arrived in perfect condition. However, the set for myself arrived completely destroyed. The bottles were leaking, and the packaging was damaged, which was extremely disappointing.2. **Customer Support:** When I reached out to customer support for help with my damaged order, I was treated very poorly. The support team was unhelpful and dismissive, making the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant.3. **Quality Control:** Given the price of this product, I expected better quality control. Receiving a damaged product and facing unhelpful customer support was unacceptable for a luxury brand like Gucci.Overall, while the Gucci Flora Gorgeous Gardenia Eau de Parfum is a beautiful fragrance, my experience with the product and the customer service was very disappointing. I hope Gucci improves their quality control and customer support to better reflect the luxury status of their brand.
