Each bag filled a 3" tart shell halfway with about 1.5-1.6 oz each. So roughly 21 per 2lb bag.Then the meringue went on top.I also go the tart shells online.

The media could not be loaded. This is absolutely a wonderful lemon flavor 💝How many compliments on the taste however, it did not come in any cool packaging it just came as is.And the taste was excellent…It was not too runny or too thick.

This is the best lemon filling I have ever purchased! I made cookies in the shape of lemons and filled them with this golden treasure! They were loved by all!!! I have half of the tube still after making 90 cookies so I am looking forward to making a lemon fruit tart with it. I could eat this with a spoon!!! Oh, on pancakes would be amazing too!

It was good but not lemony enough for us, I added fresh lemon juice. It was 4 cups which was sufficient for my recipe but quite pricey at over $3 a cup, next time I will make my own since I had to add more lemon. It stated it had a tool to get it out of the package but, I did not receive one, which I know how to get it out.
