It stopped working within a month of receiving it. It keeps turning on and off but doesn’t actually brew the coffee. The buttons are no longer programmed correctly and only flash at you without doing anything to the machine to activate it to start brewing. Considering I spent $70 on it it’s not cheap and the fact that it stopped working this fast is so disappointing and frustrating. Don’t buy this one and waste your money try other brands and make sure you read the reviews. Now I cannot even return it because it is past the return window, however I needed a few weeks to try it first before returning fyi it was working in that return window time and shortly after became dysfunctional so how was I supposed to know it will stop working to initiate a return. The return policy is so short too for such items (machines like this).

The media could not be loaded. Update:Despite returning it, I'll give them 4 points because they reached out, offered full refund while keeping the machine and explained how it works (have to press the button twice). I don't know if that solves the issue (as Ihave already returned it), but if it does, the instructions are nonexistent. I'm upping the star rating only for the customer service.Original review:When it works, it's good. But very often it keeps on disconnecting as shown on the video. Tried to unplug, plug again, no help.

I am very happy with the machine. I am from Turkey and Turkish coffee is a must for me. This is a good machine to prepare it. Color is blue which I like. Heating is perfect. Size is just enough. Smell of coffe is tasteless and priceless.

I struggled for years to make a decent turkish coffee, until I came across this gem . I thought I give it a try.I was not disappointed. It made perfect turkish coffee, with the beautiful topping my family and I enjoy very much, it is easy to use and clean.
