I can see many uses for this besides the obvious baseboard trim. It is strong but flexible and had good adhesion. It has the advantage over wood of being waterproof. I would use it in a bathroom, especially at the base of a bathtub. It would work great to freshen up a window sill such as the one in the bathroom shower. Lay it right over the tile and coverup the stained grout.

I needed this to repair some existing baseboard trim that got damaged in a recent remodel. Instead of going to a hardware store and measuring it out to perfection and needing several other products to apply it, I tested the roll of molding trim, and I'm glad I did.I was able to easily measure and cut this to my specific length. I ended up going the entire distance of one wall since it was so easy to use and the product comes with a full 20 feet in the roll.Once that was done, it was time to apply. I didn't fully trust the adhesive on the back so I added just a little more of some construction adhesive I already had, and it went on nice and smoothly and I have had no issues with it sagging or looking like it will come off. The end result was great.

I’ve reviewed other brands and sizes in the past. This one is durable and easy to install. I had a little issue getting the backing off when starting, but once that was accomplished, it was smooth sailing from there. Adheres to the wall perfectly.

I got this first to redo the side of the bathroom. Then I noticed i had enough leftover to do the bottom of the doors so no draft come winter. Easy to use and there is a lot of it.

This is a plastic baseboard, it's thin, practical and easy to install.Already comes with pre glue but if is necessary you can apply more glue to stick better.It's cheaper product, it's good for basements and for cheaper projectsApproved purchase
