Titanium flat iron is recommended for thick hair, which I have. It heats up quickly. I am still trying to get the hang of a larger plate, but it does hold my curls. I like to use at night and sleep on the curls for a more relaxed look in the morning. I would buy this product again.

I love the lock to store it, the digital display, carrying case, clips and instructions.I finish flat ironing my long (to my waist) hair, in no time. The hair does not get scorched. The finish is silky and shiny.I only use a Friz Ease Serum when I wash my hair and blow dry it without any care to keep it strait, before flat ironing. So far, I am very happy with the investment.
