I have been looking for the exact right purse for years. The ones I have purchased may have had most of the characteristics but not all of them. This purse is EVERYTHING I want and need! Here are my criteria that this purse fulfills:*Lightweight canvas, yet still sturdy, strong, and well-crafted*Exterior pockets (a small "phone-sized" one on either end, 2 medium-sized ones on the front, and 1 larger one on the back) I like the convenience of exterior pockets, but I want them to be low profile, zipper-less, and not add a bunch of extra bulk to the purse.*Detachable crossbody strap, which is sturdy and wide (so it doesn't dig into your shoulder when used).*Purse is stiff enough to stand without falling over.*Inside - the bag is roomy with only one small zipper pocket, for smaller items like lip gloss, powder compact, and nail clippers. But, the rest is open and spacious....without being too big to carry daily.* The sturdy metal loops for the crossbody strap, serve me perfectly as I like to hook my keys with a carabiner for effortless access.*Lastly, I finally realized I wanted a purse that was NOT black inside because black makes it harder to find items easily. The liner inside is sturdy nylon without a bunch of seams for dirt or debris to settle in. It will be easy to keep it clean.I chose the olive/army green only because the other color I wanted did not come with the updated feature of the zipper closure on the top. While I do like for side pockets to be zipperless for easy access, I also like to zip up the main compartment when necessary, to prevent things from falling out.I LOVE this bag and use it every day as my main purse. It isn't fancy, but it doesn't look cheap at all. It is a well-made, well-designed, utilitarian handbag for a no-nonsense kind of girl. Form and function!

Roomy main compartment that can be zipped closed, several pockets, and 2 other zip compartments. Very functional bag. I love the tote bag vibes with square structuring. The 2 front pockets are perfect for carrying work and personal phones. Sunglasses and mini umbrella storage on the side pockets. Has held up well so far- no issues with zipper, better design and quality then similar bags. Easy to find items in the main compartment as it’s not too deep and not filled with pockets for easy throw and go. Straps match purse fabric color and can be switched out due to the exterior ring clasps. Handles can be tucked inside purse or folded down on the sides when not in use. Easy to go from hand bag to crossbody. Both handles and crossbody strap stay in place on my shoulder. Maybe not a designer bag, but a functional bag whether for work, school, or day to day.

This is great if you want something that can hold a lot, but is not a pain to carry. It is well made, cute, and easy to use. The multiple compartments are great for whatever you may need to carry.

The bag is spacious as advertised. It’s also a cute bag. I love the color. It carried all my everyday work stuff. The only reason for the 4 stars is cause the pocket can only fit a small sized bottle of water or can (look at the picture). The pocket is also not placed down towards the bottom or base of the bag so it’s hanging in an awkward position. The strap is also not conveniently placed in such a way that you can access the water bottle when needed. You basically have to remove the strap to fit the water bottle and to take it out also - that’s not even practical at all.

First impressions:I think it's nice, it seems very sturdy. I do wish the inside pocket was a bit bigger. There's enough space for my laptop and a few of my college textbooks that are on the thinner side. I can also fit in my 3 inch binder but it does stick over the top. I do wish that there was an option to remove the handles like there is with the shoulder strap. I fold them inside of the bag and that's been working fine though. Depending on how much stuff I have in it I can also fit in my water bottle. It'll be nice to use on days where I want to look a little more professional and but carry around a bookbag.

I absolutely love this bag. I got it for work to carry my things and to use to carry my school supplies. Its not only spacious but small and convienent. I love how sturdy it is and how many pockets it has. I fit everything I need and can fit more if needed. My only complaint would be the pockets to hold a bottle of water and how small they are, but i just put my water bottle in the bag and put other things in those pockets. I also want to mention how in love I am with the color and the ZIPPER! I love that I can zip it up. Its honestly a great bag that has a lot of pockets!

Bag was available in my favorite color, baby blue, which looks flawless. I thought the bag was not going to be big enough for all of my stuff, but I was wrong. I am able to put all my belongings in it and the pockets on the sides, front, and back are super useful. Quality of bag is top-notch. Definitely worth purchasing!

I brought this tote bag for college use. I’ve only received it today, but it is perfectly able to hold my laptop, notebook, and two folders. The pocket inside holds miscellaneous things and so do the front pockets. My 16 ounce water bottle seems to fit on the outside pocket, though I think I’ll place it inside for convenience. It seems like it’d flop the bag over if I carried it otherwise. The durability seems to be good so far, from my preliminary testing. It won’t close when stuff is inside though, but I don’t mind too much. However, I may add a stabilizing cardboard on the inside bottom, since the bag wants to topple over whenever I set it down on any surface. The reason this Canvas Demure Black one is getting a 4: the weight distribution. I’m going to play around with the strap a little more, but for now, it’s the thing preventing this from being a perfect purchase. Pretty good though. I’d definitely buy this again.
