Firstly, the palette was very nicely packaged for shipping. My rating is due to the overall quality issues with the shadows. They’re ok, not great but not even colour pop quality. Kinda what you’d expect from a generic unbranded product. Honestly, I only ordered it because sometimes these products really surprise me.Anyway, the matte shadows are slightly dry. There is a little sparkle in the second row of shadows and then a row of shimmers. These two rows are ok, probably the best of the palette. The glitter row across the top is a complete disaster. I used a glitter glue, but somehow that stuff got everywhere! And it wouldn’t come off. Not knowing anything about the production of this product, it’s a serious risk using any of those disastrous glitters on your eyes.

This eyeshadow palette is very pretty. Some of the colors are a bit too much for my naturally boring taste in makeup but they do blend well and match my skin tone quite well. They allow me the opportunity to experiment and I do quite like that. I think that they would be good for anyone with a medium light complexion and darker hair. I highly recommend using a makeup brush because, as someone prone to just using a finger for eyeshadow, they do not wash off as easily as I had first thought, which is generally a good thing except for when you have dyed your finger and need to be out the door quickly. I cannot comment on whether or not their chemical composition is safe for skin as I know many people are concerned about that, but I can say that my sensitive skin did not react poorly which is a good sign for me.

I missed it on this palette when Ccolor went out of business but was glad to find it here. It’s a great looking dupe.. if you know then you know. Swatches were pigmented.

Okay at first I liked the colors and size of the palette for the price, but upon reading the back of the box it says that there are colors included that are NOT APPROVED for use near the EYE in the UNITED STATES. That would have been nice to know beforehand?? Considering how many things the US has approved that are banned in other countries, the fact that there is something NOT approved makes me believe there must be a good reason for it and I don’t want to use it. So this went straight in the trash after that revelaion

This is highly pigmented but won't stay on my skin It has plenty of glitters that will hurt my eyes. Very messy to use.
3.0 out of 5 stars Some hits but mostly misses.
The quality is inconsistent but mostly sub-par. I'd say there's one row that I will get use out of, which is the "metallics" which I would say are shimmery, not metallic. I had to use my finger to get a good color/shimmer payoff and I have to go back 4-5 different times to get a consistent color on my eyelid.The matte colors are meh. I can only see myself using them for a smudged liner where you pack color onto the lash line. Trying to blend them on the eyelid was too difficult. The "shimmers" are just matte colors with glitter. The glitters are far too chunky for my taste and I will never use them.I have a huge problem with the digitally altered images of the swatches in the product photos. I took off an additional star just for that.I do like the packaging, it's the one thing that feels like good quality. I also like the big mirror. I think this would be a good product for someone young who just wants to play with makeup or get a decent range of colors to start out.
4.0 out of 5 stars Glitters act like glitter beware, happy with the coordinated colors
I will start with saying the palette was packaged very nice. My wife liked that the colors were basically coordinated (matte, shimmer, metallic, and glitter) so she could use the shimmer and glitter together etc.. Upon trying them on her arm they seemed to seriously lack in pigmentation but one of the shimmers she thought was really pretty in the palette and decided to try it on regardless and was surprised at how more pigmented it looked on her eye compared to the swatch on her arm. This wasn't the case with all the colors but definitely a some like the reddish shimmer, and orange shimmer both were drastically more pigmented on the eyes than the arm. The black matte and shimmer are both good for blending into the crease. The glitters as a whole were pretty but a nightmare to deal with. They are very loose and get everywhere, even when everything else comes off super easily with cleaner the glitter just seems to spread. The neutrals are great for a light makeup look. Overall, this is a good palette, and the colors are nice but do not think that they are anywhere near as pigmented as they look in the description.
