Bai waters are delicious! They only have a few calories per bottle . And keep you hydrated. They have artificial sweeteners in them. They are very tasty cfull of vitamins andsome caffeine in someof the flavors.

I ordered these flavored water drinks for my grandson because he doesn’t drink carbonated or sugary drinks ! He normally drinks HINT flavored water , but when I was ordering the HINT drinks , these BAI popped up in an add so beings that they were no sugar added I thought I would get a case for him to try ! From him at 12 years old “their ok “ , is like TONY THE TIGERS “ THEIR GREAT “ !

I've recently discovered BAI and I'm really enjoying the drink. The flavors are delicious and the lack of calories is a definite plus.
5.0 out of 5 stars Has 55mg of caffeine! Now high-sodium! New green-cap bottles substitute monk fruit for erythritol.
I saw some reviews complaining that the new green-cap bottles don't taste as good as the old red-cap bottles. I just compared the ingredients list on a green-cap Costa Rica Clementine to a red-cap. The only differences are:- went from 10mg sodium to 150mg sodium!!!- ascorbic acid now comes before instead of after tea extract- erythritol has been replaced with monk fruit extract, probably because of the reports that erythritol might cause stroke. If you don't like the new flavor, add a little xylitol or erythritol.- zinc malate has been addedThe flavor in these bottles, or maybe the sweetness, is stronger than that in competing brands. If it's too expensive for you, try diluting it and adding some saccharin or xylitol. A green tea drink is a better candidate for saccharin than most drinks, because the tea is supposed to be a little bitter.I am still bitterly upset that it has caffeine. That means I must drink far less of it than I want to. I want just ONE flavor with no caffeine in it. Why can't they give us one?
