I've never been a big fan of taking supplements or anything that would impact my sleep. I'm afraid that I would over sleep and miss my alarm or something along those lines. However, I decided to get this and try it due to how much I liked their other products. I've been taking 2 scoops of Alpha Grind PM about a hour to hour and a half before bed for about a week. I just take it with water and the taste has been absolutely amazing, kinda tastes like a light vanilla flavored milk. It does exactly what it says it does. Calms me down right before bed and helps me get a really restful sleep. I don't usually sleep very long so I'd wake up tired and foggy headed in the morning but, since take this, that has gone away. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a more restful sleep, better recovery and might want to relax more right before bed.

I never give my opinion of the products I buy on Bolo. Because the point of quality, price and benefit is always balanced. But in this case this blend fails to meet any of my criteria.I'll start by saying that the delivery was fast. The product came very well covered and with a seal that gives me confidence that it has not been previously manipulated. You have earned 2 stars.But now let's get to the core. Take the powder by mixing it in water, one spoon in 6 ounces of water. The mixture creates lumps that are difficult to dissolve. I drank it and felt no effect. I thought it was a matter of time. The next night I tried adding two tablespoons as indicated by the manufacturer. Abdominal pain and diarrhea.I gave it another chance, I really wanted the product to work on me. I drank it and it didn't work at all. Well if it did something my stomach started bubbling again.I don't like making returns, if I buy something I analyze it and am guided by the opinions of others. Honestly, I'm terrified that I'm the only one who rates this product as poor quality with the others who rate it 5 stars.It frustrates me that I can't return the product and throw $50 in the trash. If you buy a product and it doesn't work, you get your money back at a local store.

I’ve just been mixing one scoop with 6oz. Of water about an hour before bed. I know I’m getting better, deeper sleep. I do have some weird dreams here and there but, I wake up feeling ready to start the day.

I'm not sure what the reviews are all about.I suspect from all the thousands of tiktok videos in English and Spanish, there's some viral marketing at foot.I wear a sleep tracker and my sleep is actually worse when using this vs without..Less rem and deep sleep, by alot.I don't see any noticable difference when I've been using about half container, so far but you'd think taking this supplement is like drinking from the fountain of youth.

I felt better the next day, especially since I've been getting behind on my sleep. It does have a restorative effect! I'm going to give it as gifts for my sons and guy friends who are very focused on their health. This really delivered and didn't upset my stomach or make me feel groggy. I'm going to try other products now.

I Brought this with the idea that maybe this would be something good to have so my body can get an extra boost while I rest after a workout. I figured that with what it promises, it would work. What I ended up with was restlessness, gurgling stomachs and diarrhea instead. I was fine before taking this, but all that has happened was nothing but trouble. It's not worth it. Save your money. It was a lesson learned. This is not it.
