I've only been taking one capsule of the total calm at night for 2 weeks now. I haven't touched the focus yet. I've taken magnesium bisglycinate by itself before with no noticeable affect and I've also tried L-Theanine by itself which I experienced nightmares. I have some anxiety issues and had some pretty bad experiences/reactions to meds and some supplements.What I've noticed with these is, which I'm only taking half the recommended dose, is at night they do mellow me out, I don't get drowsy or anything, and the biggest effect these have had on me is I actually remember my dreams. I haven't experienced that in YEARS. I feel like I'm sleeping better. Give them a try!

Funny thing- I LOVE this product, but had a couple of crappy shipping issues, so I almost wrote them off- UNTIL, the actual company stepped in. They blew me away, even more than the actual product!I'm a health coach and I know my ingredients- I geek out on this kind of stuff, so I'm a little obsessive when I finally find something that's high quality, especially when it's priced well. I've done the research for you guys- this stuff is a win! I haven't tried anything else this company makes yet, but you can bet that I'm about to!This particular duo though, has fantastic stuff in it. I have awesome, focused energy all day and then I sleep deeply at night. I've started giving these to my teenagers and they've started ASKING for it, if that tells you anything! 😆Confession time- I actually wrote a bad review a few weeks ago. I was clear that I loved the product, but that I had issues with Bolo messing up the shipping a few times! I was pretty over this and didn't hide my irritation. The company emailed me directly, offering to immediately reimburse me AND they sent me FREE product because I had been clear about loving it. They wanted to ensure they made it right, for every time I had an issue! That's insane- nobody does that anymore!I'm pretty blown away here, but mostly, I have wasted so much time and money trying to find good products for me and my family, that I'm hoping to save a lot of you from the same!

I bought these based on all the great reviews but unfortunately they don’t agree with me. I’ve taken them for 3 days now and get so nauseas within an hour of taking them that I’ve actually thrown up a couple times. I’ve only taken 1 instead of the 2 pill full dose, eat something light before, still want to puke. They don’t give me any energy or focus or anything positive at all…just sick to my stomach. I wish I could get a refund.

The am nootropic is amazing for getting rid of brain fog, energy, restlessness, etc. PM nootropic is perfect for relaxation, anxiety and sleep! Definitely a good buy and will be buying again!!!

I am skeptical of supplements and usually never buy them because they are not FDA regulated. We don't know exactly what ingredients are used or the quality of them. But this product had such good reviews that I decided to give it a chance. I've never been a coffee drinker or user of caffeine at all but sometimes I struggle with energy in the mornings to get going with my day and especially to exercise. These pills have a gentle effect. They make me feel good and I feel a bit more energetic and motivated. I do not take them every day, just when I need a pick me up. Probably twice a month. The evening pills also have a mild, gentle effect of calming and making me feel slightly tired. I use it about twice a month on average as well. I do not want to become dependent on these pills but I find them very very helpful with pleasant effects when I do need them. I highly recommend. The pills are a little big but they slide down very easily.
