I've never had a paper towel holder on the counter and was reluctant to order one, however, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the holder and with the suction cups it is very easy to tear off without having to hold it at the same time. Well done.

Paper towel holders are pretty ordinary products and do a pretty ordinary job - dispensing paper towels. There are a lot to choose from: some are awful, some are OK and a few stand out. This holder stands out and is definitely one to consider.It is well made and compatible with stainless steel appliances. It can hold a large roll with ease and stays in place - where you put it - due to the suction cups in the base. This means you can grab and tear off a towel with one hand. What a concept! I think it's fairly priced in light of the quality of materials and design. I highly recommend it.

This towel holder has suction cups on the bottom. I have it in my travel trailer and it stays put. Very nice quality.
stays in place
My grandkids are now able to take one paper towel section at a time instead of the whole roll falling off our previous holder than rolling on the floor. The weighted bottom with suction cups stays in place and the top, pushed down, prevents the whole roll from unravelling. This has been a game changer and it is most helpful for quickly grabbing one towel section to clean up their messes - they love it (and so do I as I don't have to constantly re-roll the paper towels that unrolled!

Im kleinen Karton ohne Werbeaufdrucken ist der kleine Bausatz für den Küchen-Abroller enthalten.Es waren keine unangenehmen Gerüche oder gar scharfkantigen Teile zu bemerken, sogar der Zylinder hat oben am Aufsatz einen extra Plastikschutz. Vorbildlich!Auf dem Beipackzettel ist zwar keine Anleitung für den Zusammenbau enthalten, aber die Bolo Produktseite ist hier vom Hersteller vorbildlich gestaltet worden und wenn man kurz nachdenkt bekommt man auch alles selbst hin.Letztendlich besteht das Hauptprodukt aus 4 Teilen:1. Der runde Metallfuß, welcher sehr schwer ist, 4 Saugnäpfe am Boden hat und mittig die Schraubvorrichtung für den Zylinder besitzt2. Der Haltezylinder für die Rolle mit einem Schraubgewinde3. Der Justierungsstopfen mit einer Spannfeder, welcher flexibel eindrückbar mit verschiedenen Küchenrollengrößen umgehen kann4. In einem extra Päckchen ist ein Inbus dabei, aber wenn man unten am Standfuss mit dem Finger die Schraube hebt und oben den Zylinder dreht, dann schraubt sich auch alles manuellDer Hersteller bewirbt mit S, M und L bzw. Inch Maßen, welches aber alles keine gängigen deutschen Umrechnungseinheiten für Küchenrollen sind.Meine Tests bezogen sich auf die gängige deutsche Discounterküchenrollengröße von 26,5 Zentimeter.Ich konnte problemlos die Rolle einspannen und endlich kommt mir nicht mehr der ganze Halter entgegen, wenn ich ein Papier abreißen möchte.Bei einigen Tests wurde bemängelt, dass man nichts mit einer Hand abreißen kann.Wenn man jedoch das Papier leicht schräg bzw. ruckartig abzieht, gelingt es mit einer Hand ;-)Wie sollte sonst der Halter automatisiert wissen, ob jemand nur etwas weiter Herausziehen möchte oder an der Abrisskante etwas lösen will?Für mich volle Punktzahl, da einfach aber effektiv!

Küchenrollenhalter mit kleinem optischen Fehler
Geliefert wird ein Küchenrollenhalter mit grosser und massiver Bodenplatte als kleiner Bausatz. Unter der Bodenplatte sind zusätzlich noch 4 Saugnäpfe angebracht, die dem Gerät in Kombination mit dem grossen Eigengewicht einen sehr sicheren Stand verleihen. Am oberen Ende befindet sich die Fixierung für die Rolle, die durch einen Druckmechanismus ent- und verriegelt wird. Der Rollenhalter ist mit Hilfe des beigefügten Sechskantschlüssels schnell und problemlos zusammengebaut.In der oberen Befestigung war bei der Lieferung eine kleine Macke (siehe Abbildung) die den Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt hat. Auch das angekündigte einhändige Abreissen hat in meinen Händen nur manchmal funktioniert.
