We got this to replace our 12 year old monitor that was on its last leg. Technology has come a long way between our first kid and our fifth! This monitor was easy to set up, and the picture and sound quality are great! I love the split screen so we can see our toddler and baby simultaneously. We got it on sale, and the price was great. We researched several monitors, and I’m so glad we chose this one! Would recommend!

We have been using this product for almost a year now, it is excellent quality and the ability to have two cameras seen on the same screen is very convenient. The night vision works perfect for our use and the pan and tilt functions work great as well.

This monitor is absolutely my favorite and everything I hoped it would be. I’m able to see both rooms and hear them. It’s super easy to use and set up and being able to tilt and pan the camera is also super helpful! Audio is clear, you can also talk through the monitor to the room which is great. The monitor has a good picture and has great features. Customer service and support is also the best! Can’t say enough about this!

The media could not be loaded. This is my second baby monitor from this company. There was an issue with one of the cameras with the first set. I contacted the company to ask about a replacement camera or repairs. I could get a replacement camera OR they would upgrade me to a new version with better night vision.I have been using the new monitor for about a week now and I am Impressed! The night vision is incredible, not grainy. Plus the camera from my previous set will work with this set should I need a third camera.Even more impressive was the customer service. They were quick to respond, within 24 hours.For anyone looking for a great monitor at a great price, this is it!UPDATE: I still think this is a good monitor for the price. The picture quality and battery life are great. The customer service was great when I had a problem with one of the first cameras. My issue with it is one of the cameras has quit working again after about 5 weeks for whatever reason.

I almost never write reviews, but I just had to on this. The set up on this was literally as easy as plug it in, turn it on. The picture is pretty good, I mean it’s not perfect but it works, and the parent unit is so easy to operate. And this was less than half price of the Motorola one I had the last couple years.

i have been using this device daily for 2 months. i have 4 cameras. All was great until it wasn't.i had my 9 month old sleeping alone on our king bed. She took a nap with me and we surrounded her with pillows so she cant go on the edges.with the help of our bedroom cam i have always been able to keep a watchful eye.as i was cleaning my office 2 rooms away, with the monitor always in my eyesight, i hear crying. i am totally perplexed! i dont go running in the room yet because i am literally looking at her completely still in bed.i then step in to the hallway and realize it for sure is my child! she has sat up and was screaming for me. i take the monitor with me and im so in shock that the image is still on the screen. i switch cameras and finally come back to the bedroom.the image was frozen on this screen.i have no idea how long my child had been alone in that room. my default is as soon as i see movement, i move in to room immediately and either help her settle down to finish bap or help wale her up with presence.i am so furious because there was a greater likelihood she couldve suffocated herself, fell off the bed, been traumatized from abandonment, somebthing we have never done to her, or who knows what other mortifying outcomes.The lord watched over my child today. I realized that is a greater sense of safety to me then the continued use of the dangerous device.there is a good chance my child may have been alone for almost 40 mins without me knowing different.With an infant, how many possible deadly outcomes can happen in that timeframe. this device gives you a false sense of security and i am so upset that i feel guilty and like a failure. She is totally fine but there are customers who may be victims of bad tech.I dont know what i even want from this company or anything. How can a bluetooth device have a frozen image on it. it juat dowsnt make any sense to me.Buyer beware

I absolutely love these cameras, I have purchased before and it’s been two years and I still own it and it works very well. I bought this camera as a back up. Wonderful products and I always recommend your camera system to any family members looking for a monitor.

The monitor is a nice, slim design. I like that it has the ability to be split screen or switch between cameras.
DANGER! High risk of electric shock.
The product is sold in Australia with out meeting Australian Standards, specifically AS/NZS 3112:2017 Approval and Test Specification - Plugs and Socket Outlet. When I contacted the seller, they told me to use “a normal plug converter” they also said that their product meets Australian Voltage Standards and that there is no danger. You can clearly see from my attached photo the exposed live electrical conductors. A child unsupervised could wiggle the plug out of the converter and get electrocuted.Given this product is designed for child monitoring, I would put the likelihood of this occurrence as probable that and out come of fatal. Therefore it is high risk and this needs to be recalled ASAP.
