The dispensers are beautiful, the tray not so much. Returned the first one because it wobbled and was warped. Received the replacement and recently discovered it stained our new vanity countertop. Of course it’s past the window to return to Bolo. I contacted the seller and waiting for response. I’d purchase the dispensers again and just throw away the tray for future customers.Update:The company was more responsive and helpful in making things right unlike Bolo customer service. I appreciated the prompt response and options in order to resolve my concern. The company had not heard of it happening before and was appreciative of the information so they could work on rectifying for future customers. A true definition of service first. I would definitely order from them again.

This set arrived nicely packaged but when I opened the box I saw the soap pump lid was cracked. I emailed the company and they were courteous and a pleasure to work with— send me a replacement bottle right away. These brown bottles make for a beautiful accent to a modern kitchen, and they are lightweight which is untrue of most glass refillable soap pumps here on Bolo. Also love that the label words are embedded into the bottle as opposed to a paper sticker that gets gross after a few weeks of use. Would definitely recommend this product!!

I've been looking for soap bottles and these are amazing. They look so good and make my sink look very organized. The bottles are a good size and easy to fill. The glass material makes them look even better. So glad I bought these and would definitely recommend.

UPDATE! The day after I posted my review, the company contacted me and immediately sent a replacement set. Everything is perfect now!—————————————————————I absolutely loved this soap dispenser set when I saw it in the app. Unfortunately, the first one I received had a missing “i” on the “Dishes” bottle. Bolo replaced it right away, and the new set was perfect. Over the past couple of months, the lettering on the “Dishes” bottle has started to come off. The bottles have had moderate (normal) use, and I haven’t aggressively scrubbed them or anything like that. The “Hands” bottle still looks brand new. I’m disappointed because this set is super cute. Other than the paint, they are exactly what I hoped they’d be.
