I had held off on getting a bobblehead made for some time bc I wasn't sure how well the process would work or what the quality of the outcome would be- I was so pleased with how well the seller communicated, sharing progress and pics every step of the way, validating the accuracy of the image, and taking feedback in a prompt and timely manner. The recipient of the gift was delighted with the detail and quality, as well. This was easily a unique and special gift, and I very much appreciate the craftsmanship and care that this seller put into the product.

I tried another 2 bobble head figure merchants before but both were very disappointed and waste of money.I am so happy I found this merchant and decided to give it a try because I really want a bobble head as a gift. The outcome was great! Great communication along the process. They sent me pictures of what the craftsman did and make sure I was satisfied before they did the final hardening process. The figure arrived in nice solid packing. Happy customer here !

I love the end product and the packaging. They communicated regarding the process and sent photos for feedback on any needed changes. Overall, I’m happy with the product and the process. And FYI: This will ship from China, and the tracking process from their carriers is not the best - but it did arrive well-packaged and in a very nice box for presentation.

We got this for my brother's birthday. Everyone loved it ! The company sends pictures for you to give your input along the way as they make it. I had them make one minor adjustment. The detail is great. His kids decided to make it "the robber" when they play Catan . Great gift ! Do it !
