I was hoping to use this glitter for a project, but there is no full ingredient list on it. According to the FDA, edible glitter needs to contain a full ingredient list to be compliant with their regulations. I see that this company has NOT done their due diligence, and I don't believe it should be consumed.

This is a versatile set of edible food glitter as it comes in the classic colors - gold, silver, black and white. It is a fine sparkly powder that can be used for example to decorate cookies or cakes. It can be sprinkled on cakes or cupcakes or brushed on dry decorations. For a more opaque look it can be mixed with vodka or a clear food extract and painted onto dry decoration (e.g. gum paste or hardened cookie icing).Back when I learned to decorate cakes I spent quite a bit of money on luster dust like this. This set is quite affordable. It is clearly marked food grade and the box has the ingredients listed on it however it is a bit difficult to read until you get used to viewing the codes for the ingredients which are then translated on the side of the box. There is a chart that lists the ingredients for each color in code.

I was so excited to use this edible glitter and it didn’t disappoint. I made an orange drink and added the white luster dust and gave it a stir. The drink shimmered and sparkled! It looked great. It’s a little hard to see in my picture. I drank some and there was no taste to it. There is no smell either. It looks like high quality glitter. So, it’s perfect for adding to your favorite beverage and making it something really special. You can add some fruit on a stick and put it in your drink also to elevate it further. After a while I did notice some of the glitter sinking down to the bottom of the glass. There was still lots of sparkle in it though.I can’t wait to try this glitter on cakes and strawberries also. There are so many ways to use it. You could even sprinkle some on waffles for someone’s birthday breakfast. The bottles are very tiny though. I wish you got more of it. I love this edible glitter and recommend it.

Use as addition to drinks. Looks gorgeous. Bought set of 4 colors. Black gliter looks like ash, and its hard to mix, but nicer if you mix it properly, therefore gold, silver and white look amazing, mix easily. Small package contains a perfect amount for adding in drinks. Insoluble, stay shiny for long time in drinks. Mixed with transparent drinks and with dark, even coffee, got different effects. Love it.

Very difficult to apply to cake. Emptied another shimmer pump and filled with product to be able to apply. Was hoping for glitter. Thisbis shimmer powder and very silver, not black as expected.

The media could not be loaded. I underestimated how effective the swirly/glitter would be so I put a teaspoon into my drink but honestly a quarter of that would’ve been enough. This little 30g would last sooooo long. Like maybe 30+ drinks at least. It may look like there’s little but this small size is actually a lot!It’s sparkles so nice. Specially when put in a bubbly drink. I used mine for a Halloween Cocktail topped with soda and it had this bubbling effect.Definitely worth the price. I would love to try all other colours. Maybe for a colourful Christmas cocktail party.
